Junk King Orange County

I sent the email for an estimate via there site and I was able to schedule electronically. They gave me a time window for the next day and said they would contact me 20 min prior and sure enough they did. The guys came out and looked at all I had to junk and quoted me a fair price. The guys were quick and thorough and made sure they knew what they were taking. They were nice guys and seemed appreciative that I used there service. I'd be happy to use them again!

The price was much cheaper than other estimates I received. I had to re-schedule four different times because there was a delay in the construction work but they re-scheduled each time with no problems. They were incredible and I have nothing but great things to say about the service. They were on time and professional.

I did not have time to think about the cost but I was still pleased. Everything turned out fine. It was easy to schedule the deal and they were on time for the appointment.

They were professional and courteous. They called ahead to see if I would prefer an earlier time, since they were running ahead of schedule and I was glad to have the option. They were clean cut, cheerful and didn't try to "up-sell" me once they were here. I had a hard time estimating what a load was so they cut me some slack as I might have been over the load size. My son put something with the load stuff by mistake and even though it was VERY heavy, they cheerfully brought it back from the truck. What nice guys!

The Junk King guys were great!!! They showed up on time, had a great attitude and worked fast. They even charged me less then quoted because it didn't take them as long as they thought it would. I will deffinately use Junk King again!

This was my first time taking advantage of an Angie's List special deal. I have been in the process of excavating a storage unit full of furniture, and I needed to have a used and no longer wanted king size mattress and box spring removed. I searched Angie's List and saw the special deal offered by Junk King. I contacted their office, and they responded professionally as they helped me book the "deal" as well as schedule an appointment for the next day. They scheduled me between a two hour period (10am-noon), and she indicated they would call 20 minutes before leaving the previous job so that I wouldn't have be wondering and waiting. I received a call well before noon and was informed that the previous job was unexpectedly large and they would probably be leaving right at noon to come to my unit. They contacted me again when they were ready to leave at noon, and they promptly met me at my unit. For some reason, I expected frazzled, sweaty, and grumpy men in a dirty truck but they were the opposite. Their smiles were large, and I was extended a warm handshake. They were couple of really nice young guys, and I liked them immediately. I have a fair share of good furniture in the storage unit which I was going to remove a few days later but which had to be moved out for them to get to the mattresses. They were very careful, took their time, and handled these pieces with care. When they got to the mattress, they took it out, and again very carefully handled the furniture to put it back in the unit. The job was handled easily, and what a relief to open the space in my unit so that I could continue to excavate! I would definitely call them the next time I need to have junk removed or items hauled away. They did what I needed and they did it without any glitches. I gave them a B on punctuality only because they did not get to me within the timeframe scheduled. However, I want to make clear that they kept me informed and were but a few minutes outside.

Junk King was great and got rid of all my junk! They were very professional and even swept my garage after they loaded the junk. I will definitely use them again.

We had chopped down a pretty big tree and needed to dispose of the branches. They were a little late but they did call and let us know they were on their way, just had been held up on another job. The guys were very polite and professional, swept up everything and we were happy.

These guys are great. On time, fast, friendly and with a great $79 deal for 1/8 truck load of haul-away stuff. You got stuff to get rid of- these are the guys to call. And they recycle, too.

Fabulous! Clean, careful, very through and courteous! They wore shoe covers in house, they removed "junk" quickly without scratching floors or walls.|They hauled away "junk" from sides and back of home, interior upstairs of home, and garage. Everyone can declutter their homes. (I gladly paid additional money as I knew I had a lot of junk).

We had bought the deal off Angie's list to haul away construction material from our remodeling job. They were very quick to arrange the appointment and we booked it that same week. ( The receptionist was sweet - nice phone manners ) The day of they ( Justin & Lee ) showed up within the time frame at around 8 am and when I showed them the "junk" they informed me that it was more than 1/8 of a truck, which is fine bc it was quite a lot of stuff. We did end up paying about $120 more but they did an amazing job and cleaned up well. I even heard them say to each other to be careful on scraping the patio floor. I just felt a little bad because we didn't have any cash on us and couldn't tip them- but we have more junk that we need to haul away so hopefully we can get them again so that we can do so. All and all my fianc? and I were super pleased by their professionalism and their efficiency.

This is my second time using Junk King and I would certainly use them again! They were friendly, professional and punctual! They even called me to tell me when they would be arriving which I much appreciated! Lee, Justin and James are the best!:)

Quick, got the job done without a hitch, and out in less than 2 hours. Very professional, showed up on time, email response was immediate.

I spoke with Lee on the phone and met up with him to discuss the amount of junk we needed to be hauled. He explained the whole process to me and since the concrete blocks were very heavy we were on a different pricing scale. The price quoted was much less than it would cost to rent a truck to haul everything myself to the dump and they do their best to recycle what we have which helps the environment. I am very pleased with the service provided. They left the site clean and tidy and did everything in a timely manner. I will definitely be using them again as we remodel our house.

I was very impressed with the Company. They called and advised me that they were on there way. They arrived on time and did a great job in hauling away the unwanted items. Both men were very polite and very courteous, and very professional.

It went really well. They came on time, they took everything very quickly. The whole thing took about ten minutes! They did a good job.

I called early Monday morning and the lady was very polite on the phone, she scheduled a pick up the next day at a time convenient to me 11-1. At 9:30 I had a call to ask if I was home as they were on their way through the neighborhood and was it convenient to pick up early. It was and all the junk was gone within 5 mins. I was very pleased with their professionalism and I would certainly use them again in the future.

They were a little late as far as the propsed scheduled pickup time but once there they were professional, quick and pleasant to deal with. They came right in, asked what/where the item was and proceeded to carry it out being careful of doorways and steps.

They were wonderful and I love them. They were incredible. They are timely, and don’t leave a mess. They clean up so well. They are friendly, and I would recommend them to everyone. They also try to hire military which I appreciate.
