Junk Kings did an awesome job. The arrived right on time and quickly removed our old couches. We will definitely use them again.

James and Justin showed up promptly on time and then after we came to an agreed upon price they proceeded to haul away the pile of trash from kitchen demo. Afterwards they cleaned up and were on their way. It could not have gone more smoothly. We will use Junk King again.

They were great. They came when they said they were going to come and actually they were held up and they showed up after dark. They didn't have to come and they came anyway. They were courteous and fair. They actually said I was a little bit over the limit on what the "Big Deal" offered but they didn't charge me. They weren't actually punctual but they called me and said we have this thing we have to do so that was okay. I plan to use them again in the future.

5 Stars to this service provider!! This is the second time I have used Junk King Orange County and they are just fantastic. Setup a last minute appointment yesterday evening for today's job and was able to pick my time. One of the employee was the same guy that came to my house last time and called to be sure information was correct and even offered to come sooner that I requested, which worked out really well. Since I have used them before I knew that they handle donations so had more working items and kitchen ware that I had them pick up. Gave me a deal as most items could be donated. Would use them again and recommend them to anyone moving or cleaning out house or garage items.

I'm moving out of a 1 bedroom upstairs apartment with garage that I have been in for over 20 years, needless to say I have tons of stuff that can be recycled and thrown away. Junk Kings employees were very helpful in taking all kinds of items that were in the garage including some hazardous waste items. When they were getting ready to leave I told them I had some clothing that I was going to drop off at a donation site and they informed me that they could do that as well. It was the best news I received as now I will use them for donation pick up as well.

Fantastic experience with Big Deal and Junk King. Paul was very helpful and courteous on the phone and scheduled a pick up for that same day. Justin & James arrived exactly on time, giving me a courtesy call ahead of time. They loaded up my junk efficiently and were very friendly and helpful. All in all , a great service at great rates from a great company who clearly are trying to set a high standard in customer service, thanks guys.

They showed up on time, called before ether arrived and quickly made short work of a large pile of construction debris in my yard. They left the area cleaner than it originally was! Would call them again in a heartbeat.

Two workers arrived exactly on time and were very polite and helpful. They helped me open the sofa-bed, removed the mattress and helped me put the new mattress on the bed and close it. The flat rate quoted by phone was $65, but they honored an online coupon I had found and charged me only $40. I was most impressed with their professionalism and courtesy. I was also impressed by how quickly they responded to my request for service. I called on Sunday and they scheduled me for 9-11 the following day. This was two days before Christmas!!

The gentlemen were incredibly nice and gave me an incredibly fair price for the items taken. They worked quickly and efficiently and even helped sweep up some of the mess that I had made while trying to gather all of the unwanted junk. Will absolutely use their services in the future.

The service went wonderfully! From scheduling an appointment for the service, to the performance of the service, it was a pleasant and low-stress process dealing with Orange County Junk King. The person on the phone was easy to communicate with, polite, and respectful, and the gentlemen that performed the service were also a pleasure to do business with. They were personable, respectful, kind, and polite. They got the job done responsibly, and in a trustworthy and timely manner. Further, I was so incredibly and pleasantly surprised that albeit the Junk King on-line estimate and representative that I spoke to over the phone when I scheduled the service reflected that my pick-up would likely exceed the 2.25 cubic feet that my Angie's List coupon/Big Deal covered, the men that came out took everything for the Big Deal price! I couldn't be more pleased with this service provider and highly recommend them to anyone needing this type of service. It was also important to me that my items be donated or recycled and Junk King is a company with "green practices." A++!!!

Removed and disposed of 300 lb rear projection TV. They were careful with other furniture, the floors and walls. Green solutions are a part of their normal practice which was important in my choosing them. All went well.
