We provide specialized testing for thermal imaging, EMF/RF, Mycotoxins, ERMI, VOC, allergens, bacteria, and other indoor air quality environmental issues. As part of our mold sampling process, we specialize in the utilization of an EPA-developed research testing tool, the Environmental Relative Mold Index (ERMI), when it is prescribed by an environmental medical physician/professional. We are nationally and statewide certified, experienced, fully bonded, and insured to meet your inspection and mold/environmental testing needs. As nationally certified mold and property inspection experts, we personally provide all field services, and as a result, are able to maintain the highest BBB, Home Advisor, Yelp, and Angie’s List ratings.

Description of Work: Home Inspection. Went very well, he explained a number of things that he found wrong and right on a home we were on the market for, because of his inspection we pulled out of escrow, he showed us examples of poor workmanship, encouraged us to follow up on contractor licensing and pulling permits with the city to ensure everything was legit - Steve Z. likely saved us from buying a money pit!!!

Steve performed an inspection on the first house and found mold an other issues we did not want to deal with. He is a great inspector so we had him inspect the second house. We negotiated a better price on the house because of issues found.
