Gilbert took one look at the job when he came to give a free quote and then he offered to do it on the spot. He needed to buy a part so he just drove over to the hardware store and came right back. I'm so glad that he did the work right then and there. The whole job - including his drive to grab the part - took less than an hour. Gilbert was extremely professional, polite and friendly. It was fantastic to work with someone who was so respectful of me and my time.

Terrible business practice. I will never use this person again and will give a bad review here and with the Better Business Bureau so that no one else gets ripped off like I did. On our initial visit I told Mr. Gonzalez what needed to be done in my home. He looked down, paused a bit then quoted me a price of $135.00. I told him that was way too expensive, he then said he charges $45.00 an hour and that he would reduce his price to $95.00. I agreed assuming that was for everything. He said he could complete the job that evening. I told him "no" because I didn?t have the two items to be hung up. He said, no problem to just call him when they arrive and he would come back to hang up the shelf and picture frame. Mr. Gonzalez was at my house for less than an hour and a half. The next day he sent me a text message to ask me for a ?big favor? when I have a chance to go to angles list and give him a good rate review. I told him I would do the review; however, I asked him to confirm the amount he charged me included the last two items I still needed to be done. Mr. Gonzalez replied, ?no.? I asked how can that be, I told you everything that needed to be done and you quoted me a price initially of $135 then reduced it to $95. But Mr. Gonzalez said the $95 was only for the three lights and medicine cabinet. I told him that was much more than $45.00 an hour, he replied, well you agreed to the price. I told him that is because I assumed it was for all items I mentioned to him. After arguing a bit more, I simply stated that I would not use his services again as I felt I was cheated.

Gilberto did a good job on a variety of different projects at my house. He was efficient, reasonably priced, and also very good to work with on my tight schedule. I would not hesitate to use to him again in the future.

Gilberto arrived promptly. He quickly obtained the necessary parts and installed them. All work was done professionally and with courtesy.

Went very well! Gilberto got on to work right away. The old garbage disposal was hard to dismantle and he offered to come back early in the morning about 6am to fix it!

He is always punctual and capable in so many areas of handyman work from plumbing issues to painting and everything in between. Careful and affordable. The best handyman you could ask for. Responsiveness and quality of workmanship are top notch.
