They were on time,were very professional, and completed the job in a timely manner with no complaints. It was interesting watching the work being completed and they answered all of my questions.

I hired them to install an exterior door3-9-17. The next day I decided not to do the install. I had given them a deposit of $400.00 for the job. I was told they would refund the deposit. I waited 10 days and asked why I have not received the deposit and was told it would take a bit. I called again the next week and the person responsible to mail the deposit was busy and would call back. The 'responsible' person didn't call back. I called on 3-24 and was told the check was in the mail. As of today they have not yet refunded my deposit!

Had to shim door. Fix did not last. Courteous and fast.

Total lack of communication. Salesman sai they could do project, installer disagreed. Owner came by and told us sure they could do the job. No follow up from company. After 10 days, I called them. They said the screen door was being manufactured and they would receive by Friday and be out Monday. They did not get screen door and never informed us. After I called on Monday 1 hour after they were suppose to be on the job, they admitted to not having a screen door. I gave them 72 hours to get one and finish project. They managed to complete with a couple of hours to spare. Work seems to be fine, door and screen is as described. Installer was professional and friendly.

Scheduling was a challenge but they were responsive to our needs and did complete the work when they promised.

The person who did the work was very good. The job was not easy, but he managed it very well. Also I liked that he covered my parquet floor before he even started.

They did a nice job and were very friendly. The only reason I rated them a 4 on customer service was trying to initially getting them scheduled. I was on a time crunch. They were very efficient and quick. They cleaned up and left my door area cleaner than when they arrived.

Fred was knowledgeable, courteous, prompt and charged a fair price. I plan to use him again should the need arise.
