These guys worked their bunnies off doing this job. I'm so glad I called these guys. On time and got job done like they said. Very fair pricing too.

Cody did a great job. Showed up on time, was courteous and quickly completed the regulator replacement. The finished repair was flawless and they worksite was clean. Cody patiently explained the test results after the job So that we understood all that happened. He even helped us with an unscheduled plumbing question we had which was very nice of him. We are very happy with this repair job.

Gary and his team were a pleasure to work with. The plumber showed up on time, did a terrific job finding and fixing our leak, and also took care to clean up the work area after he was done. I would highly recommend this company for any plumbing work.

NO SHOW. We spoke to Gary on a Sunday and made an appointment for the following day on Monday. His arrival was to be between 12-3pm with him calling us 30 minutes in advance when he was en route. We never heard from him until we called him at 3:05. He recalled the appointment but admitted he didn't add it to his calendar. He had already left San Clemente for the day so our only option was to reschedule. With a kitchen sink that was clogged for over 24 hours, we decided to not to take a chance. Quite disappointing as we wasted a day waiting for service and now won't be able to get anyone else until tomorrow.

It didn't go....Gary canceled appointments then promised to show up on Sunday between 10 & 12. At 12 a guy shows up at my door, tells me he's a plumber but doesn't work for Gary. He has no business card, uniform or equipment and he's wearing latex gloves (freaked me out!) He tells me he has to go shop HD to shop for all the disposal and parts and will come back later. I was very uncomfortable. This was not the deal that Gary stated on Angie's List. Gary is not trustworthy and should avoided.

Gary and his crew showed up ontime and repipe my house in a day. His crew were professional,clean and tidy. Even the inspector complement their job. I had 3 other estimates and he gave me the best deal. I will definitely recommend him

We had the owner Gary come out to fix a clogged toilet. He had to cancel the first visit and reschedule, which was fine. Understandable. First visit was great, no problems. He told us that if the toilet problem was not resolved that he would come back free of change to run a camera down the toilet to further diagnose problem. Problem was not resolved so I called Gary and he set an appointment to come out the following week. Again he had to cancel and said he would text me the following week. A week went by and he texted again, saying he would contact me the following week. Another week has gone by, and still no word. I would definitely not recommend. To unreliable.

The job turned out perfect despite some hiccups and miscommunications at the start. Gary and his crew did a great job and I am confident in my new sewer line.

Isolated leak to an area of earlier suspicion. The leak detection service verified as to which pipe was affected. Service technician arrived at property in less than 1 hour and had the diagnosis finished in less than an hour. Very efficient and professional.

These folks showed up on Memorial Day weekend after we smelled gas coming from our fireplace valve. So Cal Gas shut off all of our gas and left us in a lurch. Fortunately, Gary's answered their phone, quickly dispatched an experienced plumber and fixed the problem under budget. We highly recommend Gary's and we will use them again.

Excellent. Lou installed the garbage disposal and was very efficient and I was really pleased with everything that Lou did for me.

All this and a few more things were done by Gary and Sy and both spent time doing a fine job for me. I feel that I would only deal with Gary's company in the future as everything was so thorough & in the best amount of time.

I was very happy with the new sink faucet and the live wire being made secure. Gary was really helpful and most efficient. I felt I could really rely on whatever he was doing for me.

Gary gave us an estimate, made an appointment to do the work and completed as requested. Gary is professional, efficient and reliable. I’ll call Gary for all my future plumbing needs

Gary is VERY thorough, and checked the running—and draining water—in our sinks, and explained what he recommended to get hot water, properly drained, and suggested some things to ensure the safety of our house from potential water damage. No hard sell. Just a clear explanation of what and why. Prices are fair, and he’s very reliable, and knows the most minute details of his craft, that comes from many years of experience. I’m not planning to use anyone else! The first time I used him was for a minor toilet repair. Same professionalism and quality of work.

Lou did a wonderful and professional job for us. He is an efficient and diligent plumber. I would definitely use them again for all our plumbing needs. Thank you for a great job!

Excellent job. Lou showed up as expected and explained everything that was done. Finished in a little over an hour and the system is hooked up and looks great.

I bought the home inspection (leak detection) special fro $39 from Angies List. Gary and his assistant worked on replacing 1 toilet, kitchen sink faucet, replaced a corroded valve that connects to my water heater and repaired my backyard water faucet. Also set the water pressure for the entire home. Very professional, great attitude, and would use them again.

My water heater broke and flooded my garage, Gary and his assistant responded to my call within an hour and we got a new water heater, same day he also replaced the surrounding pipes and valves work was done in a timely manner. New water heater is working well & more energy efficient. Very professional, great attitude, and would use them again.

Since I had previously worked with Gary’s Plumbing, when I had a problem with low outside water pressure, I called him to come check it out. Turns out there was tons of debris in a water line causing the low pressure. Since Gary’s plumbing had worked on this line the previous June, he didn’t charge me to clean it out. Job done! Great service.

When my sprinklers turned on one morning, one started shooting water approx 6-8 feet into the air. Since I had used Gary’s services previously, I called him at 6:45 am—-he answered and patiently walked me through how to turn off the main water supply to my house until he could arrive later that morning to figure out what was going on. Other than a faulty sprinkler head, I needed to have a new water shut off valve, new pressure regulator and sprinkler station replaced. Finished the job that day. Great service.

My water heater was leaking and I called Gary. He was really helpful on the phone and help me to control the emergency. The next day, he showed up on time and fixed my water heater and two of my bathroom faucet free of charge. His work was very clean, and reasonable price. He was referred to me by a freind and I did my research on him.l will definitely recommend him
