I, as a consumer, had to know that Lowe's stands behind their product 100% and does free replacement of faucet that breaks down. If I had not known that, they were going to charge me to put in a new one.

He explained the work that he was going to do. Quoted us a price. Professional. Work was well done. He cleaned up any mess/debris he made. He guaranteed one year labor/parts. Payment needs to be made via cash or check.

It went well. I have used them in the past and have always found them to be reliable, pleasant, and very helpful. He also gave me estimates for possible work that could be done, but was not pushy about it if I decided that I was not ready to do that work.

Very shady and unethical business, if you want to call it a business. Rates change whenever he wants them to change and you will be charged dramatically different from neighborhood to neighborhood. BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES !!! STAY AWAY !!!

Talks too much. Disorganized. Did not complete work. Sent an invoice for $600. Took parts from the faucets and did not return them. Did unapproved work and demanding payment. Threats to lien the property and demand payment from tenants

Gary did not complete the work he was hired to do. Instead, he went around the home to look for all the issues. Said he fixed a few things. Sent me an invoice. Threatened. Stole the faucet tops and threatened payment. filed a lien on my property.

Perfectly! Called Gary last minute. He answered the phone, just like he said he does. He gave me an ETA and showed up right when he said. Even though it was a last-minute call, and already late in the day, he got here and did the work. He was GREAT!!! Really appreciated the rescue!

I bought a "Big Deal" for a faucet replacement and Gary's plumbing came and did an "inspection" of my "plumbing needs" at my home and essentially scared me into buying and having a pressure regulator installed at my water main line entering our house. He charged me $300 for the regulator. It was my fault for not doing my own homework prior to agreeing but after doing my research, I found out we DID NOT need the regulator...water pressure was well within normal range and the was well over charged also. He also "snaked a drain" from my room to "solve" a slow drain in my bath tub but did not solve the issue, then tried to sell me a drain unclogger chemical to do myself. I was VERY unhappy with the service. I felt upsold and that the "Big Deal" was just to come and sell other services which were not well done. **Outdoor Faucet replacement went well.

Gary was very knowledgeable about the issues and was extremely helpful. He was able to identify the make and model of the faucet even though it had no markings on it, and knew exactly which parts were needed for my specific faucet and where to get them (it's an old faucet). I would recommend him.

Great! We thought we were going to need a new water heater. I called Gary on Saturday morning and he said he would come about between 10-12 and would call when he was on his way, and he did exactly that. He installed a pilot light on the water heater (so we did not need a new one), replaced the flex lines to our kitchen faucet, and installed a water alarm under our water heater so we are aware if it begins to leak. The job took about 2 hours total. He was extremely friendly, has a huge van that is basically a rolling shop so he has most of what is needed available to him, and made sure he cleaned up everything. He gave us a quick estimate when he first arrived based on what we told him, and said that it could increase based on what he found. We were just thrilled that what we thought was going to be a $1,000+ job was much less. Very professional, courteous, and funny.

Gary was very professional and courteous. He kept me informed about his arrival time. He answered the questions I had and offered me some very good advice and suggestions.

Gary promptly and professionally gave the estimate. Work was done by his assistant Luis, who was prompt, courteous and performed the work professionally and neatly. I felt the price to be fair and the work was done is a little less time than anticipated. I would use them again.

He's extremely pleasant. He's a master at diagnosing what the problem is. He is very approachable and he's always willing to work with you. He will correct anything that is wrong and follows up with you.

Lou was great - suggested some other changes and updates in additional areas. No pressure, but great discussions about what TO DO and what NOT to do based on our plans for upgrades and changes. He was self sufficient, nice, clean and swift in his services. Will use them again for sure!

Gary came and checked out the problem and noticed some electrical issues that should first be addressed. I have used Moses plumbing for leak repair and also whole house water fiotration. In the world of contractors they are exceptional. Punctual, friendly and thorough. I will always use them for any plumbing issue

Lou and Gary did a fantastic job of installing a large bathroom vanity for me. First, Lou came out and removed the old vanity, removing all the debris. He also pointed out that I had bought the wrong kind of faucet, so I was able to get the right one immediately. Then, the next day, always on time, Gary and Lou installed my new vanity. I live in a mobile home, and the pipes were coming out from the wall, not the floor, as they should be. They reconfigured the pipes by going under the crawl space. Now, the pipes were coming up from the floor. They did a perfect job setting up the vanity. I couldn't be more pleased! They were professional, always letting me know when they were coming, and I love that they had it installed in two days. They always kept me informed of the cost and left the bathroom very clean! My husband and I moved into our home a little over 5 years ago, and thought it was time for a thorough plumbing inspection of the house. The $99 deal seemed well priced, and thorough. After purchasing the deal, I was contacted within the time frame guaranteed by Angie's List, and had service scheduled on the day/time of my choosing. This was my first time purchasing a "Big Deal," and it went even better than I had hoped it would. The plumber who came out is named Lou, and he did a great job. He was professional and pleasant, and most importantly, he took the time to explain EVERYTHING as he went. I ask a lot of questions, and Lou was very concise, clear and PATIENT in his explanations as to how things work or why certain existing issues (high water pressure throughout the house) could cause problems later. Being a mid-1960s house, we were in need of a lot of preventative maintenance - many of the angle shut off valves in the house were not functional, two of the hose bibs outside were shot and needed new connectors welded on to the pipe so replacement bibs could be installed, the house's water pressure was high and there was no regulator, the kitchen sink faucet leaked, and the sink basket needed to be replaced, etc. All of that was not terribly surprising and to be expected. We were provided with a detailed estimate by Lou, and had him take care of the urgent issues first, with the plan to bring him back to take care of the remaining issues found in another week or so. I am not sure how competitive their pricing is, as we did not request outside bids for this work, but they seemed reasonable. Not the cheapest, and not the most expensive. Though the deal is no doubt a way for them to get additional work after the inspection, I didn't feel like he made it into an uncomfortable high pressure sales experience. The work we've had done to date by Lou had high quality fittings installed, and he took the time to show me the "after" of everything he did, verifying there were no leaks, and verifying with me that the shower head's water pressure was satisfactory, and adjusting it as requested. He was very careful to put down blankets and towels to make sure he kept the work area clean. I think the service he provided was a great value for the price charged.

I was renovating two shower stalls that were going to be hot mopped. Moses Plumbing provided and installed two new shower drains. After the hot mop was done, the shower pans were filled with water to check for leakage. The upstairs shower leaked and it was determined to be the fault of the drain installation. They came back out quickly and tightened the drain fittings. The second water test was a success. Since the only way to figure out where the problem came from was to remove some of the ceiling, this area then needed to be patched.

The valve and pressure regulator controlling the water into my house had failed and was leaking. It was slowly but surely getting worse. Moses Plumbing had someone there within twenty four hours (could have been sooner but for my schedule). He was there on time, was obviously knowledgeable, and repaired that problem. He offered (but didn't push) a free inspection of other plumbing in the house, which turned up two other valves (into the hot water heater and under the kitchen sink) that would have caused big problems and additional visits to deal with. The repairs were done quickly and thoroughly and I thought the price was very fair. I will definitely use these guys next time I need a plumber.
