Lou the plumber was punctual and professional. After inspections, Lou recommended replacement of several valves, water pressure meter, etc. The recommendations were welcomed as I believe preventive maintenance saves money in the long run. Lou completed all the work in a couple of hours at a reasonable price. I highly recommend Gary's Plumbing, and would use them again.

Greg and Gary were very professional. They arrived on time and did an excellent of repairing all my problems. Gary explained the work, what was the problem, and how he would fix it. If you want it done it right the first time, call Gary.

This was a big deal purchase for the toilet tune up. . It was fine, good. I did the toilet tune-up, but it was a waste. They gave me an estimate on what it would cost me. They came out and inspected it and the guy that came out was not even an authorized plumber. He wasn't working for one and he wanted to bill me like he was a lawyer. I kept the estimate on what he proposed to do with my toilets, but I didn't do anything more.

As his site says, Gary did answer the phone when we were desperate for a plumber to attend the leaky water heater. Gary was very professional and friendly. He not only accessed the water damage that we were unaware into the walls and recommended an excellent property restoration company. I would definitely recommend his service to anyone.

Gary did good quality work and responded quickly. However, he did do quite a bit of up selling and in the end I felt like I was taken advantage of and did more than I should have...way beyond the initial fix needed. What really upset me was that he left a pipe unhooked under my sink which caused water to go everywhere under the cabinet and floor when I ran the dishwasher later that day. I walked away from the kitchen and realized after the cycle. What a mess! I called Gary right after this to ask him to please come back to attach the pipe. He said it would be a couple days before he could come back and he says, ""by the way, you will need to pay for this problem and it's not my fault". What?? As if the pipe just happen to was unattached on it's own? Or I did something. I have lived in the house 25 years and never had this problem. He was working under my sink that day. I will never use him again because of this. It was as if all he cared about was getting his money and then he was on to other things. Horrible customer service!

Gary himself answered his phone on both occasions we called. Gary came to our first appointment. He scheduled a time quickly, came promptly, was courteous, and professional. The second appointment was for a different toilet and his associate came the same day I called. He as well was all the qualities I wrote about Gary. I will definitely use Gary's plumbing in the future.

Faucet eventually got replaced (in the garage) after I headed off questions about where my water heater was and other questions that felt like he was trying to get me to let him inside my house. The guy just felt creepy or maybe he was trying to sell me something, either way very irritating. Also i had an Angie's list coupon which was ignored. On the up side they did come the same day to fix the leak so at least there is that.

Gary himself did the job and we are happy with the quality of his work.

Gary did a great job. He came over on Saturday to investigate the leak and followed up on Monday for repairs. He also helped us change the water heater that was close to its end-of-life and did check on sink valves and pipes. Overall we were happy with Gary's timely and professional work to fix the slab leak for hot-water pipes.

Everything was very good. The price was very reasonable. The work took maybe an hour for one plumber.

It went very well, Gary was professional, quick, cleaned up really well. Also installed a pan for leaks which was missing from the original hot water heater. I've had him out before to give an estimate on installing a whole house filtration system and he was always honest with his advice. Price was fair, included the cost of the hot water heater. Cost was considerably lower than another quote that I received.

The plumber was able to replace the fill valve but was unsuccessful in fixing the leak despite trying 3 times. He finally gave up but was honorable enough to not charge me for his attempts at fixing the fill valve leak. We also had a bit of a misunderstanding on who was to get back to whom (the plumber left a message saying he was going to call me but thought his message was for me to call him). This miscommunication extended the leaking toilet problem a few more days longer than necessary. I thought the price for the work that was done was fair and reasonable though.

They have been pretty good. I have had a variety of minor problems, you know, such as a stopped toilet, a faucet that was broken that had to be removed and replaced. I also had a hot water line that had to be replaced. In fact, he spotted the problem before it was a problem. Pricing-wise and time-wise they were reasonable. I have used them at least half a dozen times in the last six months. He came out, sounded reasonable and gave me a couple of options. On the faucet thing we had to go to the manufacturer and get a replacement part. Once we did that and got the replacement he came back out, put it back in and did not charge me anything for the second call. I felt like I got good service for the money and the timeliness was pretty good.

Quick and thorough inspection. Got a lot of helpful information as well as a quote to modernize some of our old hardware.

From the start, I knew there was trouble. This plumber charges by "the job" - not by time and materials, So, you never know if you are getting value for your money. The plumber (Luis) found the leak by tearing out drywall until he found it rather than using a leak detector - the insurance adjuster was surprised by this as this method damages more drywall than necessary. He did recommend a good company for the restoration, then left when he was done and the leak was fixed. After the restoration, the restoration company tried to get Gary to come back and replace a toilet and sink that were removed by the restoration company, not by Gary's company. I was never told why Gary's company was supposed to do this work. Gary wanted a separate invoice for this even though it was part of the insurance claim. When he showed up, I explained that the insurance claim would pay him for his work, but he demanded that I pay him directly once the work was completed. He wouldn't listen to me, acted like a child and stormed away. As a result, I would not use Gary or his plumber, Luis, for any additional business.

It did not "go" as there was no service.

They gave me a good deal. When one of the toilet wasn’t working well he had his assistant come out and fixed it with no charge. The only issue there was I have to be there a little bit to let him in and that was nice, he stood by his work. The service was good and the price was good. For me they are a phenomenal small business. I have a couple of plumper friends and acquaintances and I complained a little bit and one guy said “I probably would have charged you another $20 or $30. This guy gave you a good deal.” I have been really really pleased with them.

Response was prompt, arrival onsite was punctual and the service was performed in a courteous and professional manner. Luis was informative, efficient, and with good attention to detail. I would highly recommend Luis and Gary's Plumbing for any plumbing needs and would most certainly hire them should we have any plumbing work in the future.

He replaced all valves in shower and re-installed shower handles, now everything in the shower works better than ever. If you ever need an honest person & excellent work done, Gary's Plumbing is right for the job!

He was so helpful, told me to put cooking oil down the drain, put snake motor in reverse and see it that will break it loose. He would be happy to come to my home if it did not work. Well I put half gallon into the drain. It soon started backing back out. What a wonderful feeling, all thanks to a good man who was more interested to helping me than keeping that knowledge to himself and it costing me allot of money. Also in 13 years Home Depot worker had never heard of break snake loose.using cooking oil. Home Depot also was going to continue to charge me for the rental. I was able to return the snake with in a day, yes thank you Gary.

I was so relieved to get quick service. It was the weekend and they were able to come out within a couple of hours. Replaced a part and balanced the toilet better than before. Very clean and professional.
