Gary was on time he explained everything we agreed on a price he did the work cleaned up overall very professional

I called early this morning for the toilet leak and Luis came mid morning. Service was great. He took care of my emergency leaky toilet plus other plumbing issues that I had never gotten around to fixing. Work was excellent and I am ecstatic that I finally got everything done. I will definitely call Gary's plumbing again and request Luis.

Very punctual, professional and the pricing was fair. Highly recommended.

Clog so far has been cleared and not backing up anymore. Up front he was honest that there was no guarantee this would fix the problem but provided honest information about the process, cost and what the next steps might be if necessary.

Gary is a plumber I will always call back. When working with Gary, it's a partnership. Gary spends time to make sure he is looking out for the clients long term best interests. You can trust Gary with you plumbing challenges....he is an excellent person as well as plumber.

Company claims "free estimate" but fails to disclose "free" is subject to limitations. Company refused to crawl into 18" crawl space to diagnose source of leak unless I agreed to pay $125.00 Had this been DISCLOSED IN ADVANCE, I would not have bothered to schedule them and wait all day since no other plumbing company I called pulled this "UP SELL" I received 3 bids for the same plumbing repair job ranged from $2,000.00 -$5,800.00 I paid another company $3,000.00 for an expensive leak repair that this company would not even bother estimating free after I had waited all day for them to arrive. Watch out for the unethical business practice UP SELL~

Lou was extremely courteous and professional throughout. Explained summary of charges upon arrival, set the expectation that if anything else was found it may be an additional charge. I am very happy with the cost estimate and level of service provided. I received another estimate from power pro plumbing, they recommended to replace all 3 toilets at $800 a piece!!! Will definitely call Gary's plumbing and ask for Lou next time we have any issues.

It went well. They did an excellent job. I think the misleading thing is the way that it's structured. I assumed it's structured all the services like this They give you a very attractive rate to come in and my assumption was that included some actual service. But it doesn't. It really was an assessment. Then once they do the assessment, they make recommendations on what the service is needed, which is also incremental cost. So, I think what has to happen is that in the way it's advertised. I think this is true for all the things you do in this respect, is that these special deals are for assessment only and that the services are going to be incremental costs.

Service was great. They were professional, provided solid recommendations and got the job done.

They were able to unblock the sink and I have not had a problem si ce...keeping my fingers crossed.

Basically paid for $89 to drain the water heater, questionable job on the toilets as I was quoted $270 to replace parts in 3 toilets.

Flush improved things for about a week, then worsened. I was told I would be contacted by the owner with information on a water heater replacement and have not been contacted in well over a month. Prepaid the heater flush. Pipe removal cost below; I thought it high for what was done. Biggest issue for me is they add5% for credit

His experience shows in his work and diagnosis. I had another plumbing company ( looked like fresh out of plumbing school plumbers) come multiple times to fix a leak in the upstairs bathroom and they couldn't correctly fix the leak. After calling Gary and him asking questions about the leak we were able to narrow down the problem find it and fix it. Wish I had gone with him from the beginning, it would of saved me a headache. Thanks again Gary!!!

He was professional and spoke to me without talking down to me, as I am clueless.

It was okay, the job was done and taken care of, but I just felt a little pressure on getting additional services/materials.

Called on a Saturday morning and Gary came out that afternoon. He was prompt and explained the problem thoroughly and did a great repair. Would definitely hire him again. Price was fair.

He replaced the flapper. Other repairs were listed with an approximate cost of $300.00 which I declined.

He's polite but doesn't follow through on his promised time of arrival or even on arriving at all. I can't use my toilets or anything else until I have the repair done, so it's been very inconvenient to be left waiting and expecting the work to be completed with no one here.
