Gary was exceptionally communicative, thorough and very clean with the work site. He is professional and we trusted him. The cost of the job may appear high but the circumstances to run the line required some additional labor. We will contact him again in the future. Thanks Gary.

My 90yo father had a toilet that would go off on its own during the day and night. Gary came and quickly explained the issues: a tweaked rubber stopper and a sticking handle. He had a stopper on him, but found that he needed to use a power saw to remove the the handle without damaging the toilet. He saved us money by manipulating the rod and reattaching the handle. He was clear and direct about what he needed to do and answered all questions patiently (father IS 90). He even gave my father a Three War Veteran Discount!!! This is the second time I've used Gary. We had him do a complete tune up of the house back in July, which he did an amazing and thorough job. He guarantees his work, and I would highly recommend his services/

I was very impressed with Moses Plumbing and highly recommend them. I bought a real fixer-upper 4 years ago, and did most of the work myself, including plumbing. I am not a plumber, and the repeat leaks and other issues, while minor and fixable, were very annoying. I saw the system check coupon on Angie's List and called Moses Plumbing to come check it out. Needless to say, he quickly spotted the issues I had long known about and I asked him for an estimate. he provided an excellent price and proceeded to bring in another plumber to get the work done. Everything fixed, pipes cleaned, I am very happy.

It went great, I called Monday morning and Gary was able to come that afternoon to fix by kitchen sink faucet that broke the night before, also he was able to replace and repair my garbage disposal and gave me a quote for fixing my leaky shower faucet which he will be coming back to fix in a few days. He also explained everything he was doing and what needed replacing or just repairing which I really appreciated since I don't know much about this stuff. My new faucet looks great and I am extremely happy to have a working garbage disposal again.

Luis was punctual, efficient, and professional. Fantastic! Finished in about an hour.

Said he would show beto10-12 then called and changed it to 2. After 2 he finally called and said we needed proof there was no asbestos in the house and refused to do any service. I never heard that was required before and he let us wait an extra 4 hours to tell us. He was supposed to fix a pipe that was leaking in the wall.

Took a long time would have been better if he had an apprentice. He was neat clean and left the area the way he found it. Overall it was a good experience. Kept me informed of what he was doing at all times.

It went very well. Provider explained what he was going to do and then updated me once he had removed the toilet. He completed the work in a reasonable time, and the final price was exactly the same as the estimate I was given

There were 3 water stains on the ceiling of our dining area. We wanted to make sure that no pipe leak before we would paint it. Gary came in on time and carefully drilled a couple of 4" diameter holes on the ceiling so that we could patch them back easily. He turned faucets in the upstairs bathroom on while he was checking the pipes inside the ceiling carefully with flash light as well as a video camera. He concluded that pipes are fine. Water likely comes from faulty shower door to the bathroom floor and then dripped down to the ceiling downstairs. He is professional and honest. At my recommendation, my friend hired Gary did a sizable plumbing job a few days later.

It went well. i rated my experience in all categories an A rating, except PRICE, which is discussed below. First the A ratings: I found Mr. Alberici and his assistant Lou used good quality replacement parts, were careful with their heavy tools and their work, responsive to my questions, arrived within 2+ hours of my call to them for help as promised, and demonstrated professionalism how they conducted themselves. I was appreciated that they let me know when they turned the house water off and on. Mr. Alberici diagnosed the tiolet leak in my master bathroom as a problem w the toilet's wax ring. His examination also found the toilet bolts should be replaced and two parts in the tank were not functioning properly. The estimate to fix these matters was $325. I agreed. I did ask whether it might be about the same or less cost to simply install a new toilet. He said cost of installing a new toilet would be approx $200 to $300 more than the repair quote. While closing the shutoff valve to remove the toilet to get to the wax ring, he found that the valve and hose were corroded. He checked the valves in the other bath and found the same condtion. He showed me the one he'd removed, relayed his findings on the others, and asked if I'd like him to replace them to preclude possible, future breaks and leaks. It would be $75 per valve for the 4 added valves/installation, which added $300 to my bill. I asked if that was the best price he could give me for the valves. He said yes, that it was normally $97 per valve. and he had given me a price break on each. I wanted the valves replaced so I paid the extra amount. This added $300 for 4 valves is why I gave a grade C for Price. .

Went very well and they did a good job.

Gary had to reschedule the first visit on short notice, and wasn't able to come back on the following day as hoped. Despite these scheduling hiccups, when he did come to perform the work, it was done very confidently and honestly. The flange repair work was much needed since the previous work done did not properly seal the floor and flange area - it was lucky we didn't have a major leak up to that point! The new toilet installation looks good and Gary provided a guarantee on leaks for that work. Gary also installed a new home pressure regulator after discovering our water pressure was way over code (100+ psi) and our old regulator was 20+ years old. As a follow-up he cleaned out our faucets and fixtures of deposited sediment to improve the flow. The diligence he demonstrated was very appreciated. He pointed out a few other plumbing concerns we should keep in mind and provided some suggestions on maintenance. I'd definitely consider him for future work.

Last year they had installed a water re-circulator pump. The brand they used was a good name however a year later I was unlucky and my pump failed. I thought I would have to pay something to get this fixed it was just over a year since I had this pump installed. I was very happy when this company came out and replaced the pump with no labor or parts costs.

It took less than an hour for Gary to come out. He assessed the problem and after checking various valves and checking for leaks, he assessed that I had a leak in the pipe between the outdoor water shutoff valve and the sprinkler shutoff valve. He gave me an estimate for the repair and said that he could work on in the next day. The next day he and his assistant spent most of the day digging to put in a replacement pipe as well as replace one of the valves. The repair was complicated by a unexpected concrete block that one of the pipes went through. They did an excellent repair job and even with the unexpected obstacle, he kept to the initial estimate. Also he was able to do this while I was at work so I didn't have to take a vacation day off. Clean up was also done well after all that digging. Would definitely recommend Moses Plumbing to others.

The showed up at the promised time. The washer/dryer shutoff replacement went quickly. The dishwasher shutoff required some extra work since the pipe size was not standard. The water softener shutoff required replacing copper pipe and two shutoff valves. Work was done quickly and very well. Again, the cost was exactly as estimated. Very happy with the results.

It was reschedule a couple times because he was busy. But once they got there, It took 2 hours and 9 minutes to fix 2 leaks @ joint in the front yard. He originally charged me $1,175 but I asked him to apply the Angies List 10% discount which he later did. In addition, I hired him in Dec 2014 to check for leaks and there was none but at that visit, he said if I paid $100 for the leak detection work, he'd apply it to the next job if hired again. Since fixing the leak in the front yard was the second job, I asked him to also apply the $100 which he debated with me but eventually agreed. I believe I was taken advantage of for the latest repair as it does not seem reasonable to charge $1k for 2 hours of work.

He was very good but I think that he was pricey. The service was good. They did a good job and they came back for free when I needed a little more assistance so that was nice.

1. scheduling : very responsive to phone and text. scheduled for next early morning. 2. Punctual: came on time @ 8 Gary and another plumber. 3. Work was done quickly and well: scoped out the work. told me what he was going to do. showed me any parts that needed attention. 4. Friendly : did a quick sweep of house for free, saw that most of pipes were new and told me. Took a look at my sink for me and made recommendations. 5. after work was done, did a final check for any left trash or parts. and they were off.

SCHEDULING WAS A BREEZE Gary was very responsive with text messages and quick to return calls. Through our text messages, he was able to narrow the problem down to either a leaky valve or a broken pipe. The verbal quote was $137 to come out and fix the problem. I ran the quote by a few of my male colleagues who said that the quote was not cheap but still reasonable. And since I found Gary polite, I went ahead and scheduled and canceled the rest of my appointments for quotes. BAIT AND SWITCH The rest of the experience was not good. To start, his man was supposed to be here between 2 and 4 but arrived almost 5 pm with no apology. And now it's $137 just to dig and expose the pipe. I figured - since the most time and labor intensive part of the job was digging and exposing the pipe, it wouldn't cost more than another $10-20, parts included, to fix it. So I agreed. UNREASONABLE QUOTE TO FIX After digging and exposing the pipe, his man asked for another whopping $95 to fix the broken pipe. I was taken aback because the pipe likely cost less than a dollar and all that was involved by then is to remove the now exposed broken pipe, replace it, and shovel the loose dirt back in place. I expressed my views to the man and his reply was, "You know, the service calls for me to come out is usually $150 but you are getting it for $137 so you are already getting a good deal." "Yeah, but replacing the pipe shouldn't cost $95. He wouldn't budge and didn't offer to call his boss. I was exasperated, didn't want to argue, so I OK'ed it. DID NOT HONOR ANGIE'S LIST COUPON When it was time to pay, I showed him the "10% off" coupon for Angie's List member. He would not honor it. I asked him to check with his boss. He called Gary and the long and short of it, he said that Gary did not honor the coupon either. He then repeated the spiel of how I am already getting a good deal so I can't use the coupon. Now, while I may not know enough about plumbing, I do know that replacing the broken pipe should not cost another $95. Also, I can do simple math to know that I am not getting a good deal. If I had insisted on paying $150 instead for the service call just so I could use the coupon, my total would have been $220.50, which would be $11.50 cheaper than the "good deal" I was asked to pay for. But at this point, I was ready to be done with this company. I was not willing to expend anymore energy over $11.50 and with a company I would never hire to do work for me ever again so I signed the check and said my Thank You. In retrospect, I should have done what I would normally do - get a few quotes in before making a decision. Because another highly rated company told me afterwards that they would have done the work for less than half the price.

He came and evaluated the extent of the problem. Then scheduled a time to do the repair. When doing the repair it became more extensive because the faucet valves were frozen and he was unable to disassemble the faucet without probably breaking the wall pipes. this was discussed and we made the decision to open the wall and completely remove and replace the pipe and fixture,

Called Gary late Friday needing emergency service since I would be moving out on Sunday. He was able to fit me in Saturday afternoon and was able to supply the faucet for me saving the trouble of going to the store. He arrived on time Saturday and took care to protect the flooring in the kitchen. He explained the need for the supply line replacement rather than just doing it and charging for it. He explained everything he was going to do before hand and made sure I understood why. Finished up in less than hour, and left no trace of being there other than a new faucet.

Gary fixed it all. My sink is unclogged and the toilet is flushing great. I was having to hold down the handle in order for it to flush. Now I just push it down once and it flushes great. I would highly recommend Gary. He did have to push back our time but he called hours in advance to let us know. (Sandy Supple)

We purchased a package and Moses Plumbing contacted us quickly to arrange a time and date. Luis showed up on time and was extremely professional and courteous. In addition to the purchased work Luis recommend other repairs we might want done. This was not at all a high pressured pitch. He simply pointed out areas of concern. We agreed to have the work done as the quote was reasonable. Luis was quiet and neat and we barely knew he was there. Very polite and respectful throughout. When he left it was like he'd never been there, everything was so neat and clean. This has not been the case with other repairmen have worked. Luis got rid of a water hammer we'd been living with since we purchased the house. I'd recommend Moses Plumbing and we'd use them again if we need service.

Lou was friendly and clean. Arrived on time. The sink and faucet work perfectly. We're very happy with the job he did.

Gary was very professional and spent a lot of time doing the job right. He had to reschedule second half of job which delayed progress but overall very satisfied with the results.
