Fred Sed & Associates

Description of Work: We met with Fred at his office in the beginning of January to discuss our goals and what we were looking for in a house, neighborhood, commute times, price range, etc. He helped us set up a search engine and walked us through some of the key terms when looking at the descriptions. After pulling a bunch of houses we were interested in he set up a day the following weekend to look at houses. We found a house we liked pretty quickly and started escrow. After inspections we decided to walk away. Fred negotiated the price down to make up for some of the repairs we would need to do but in the end we walked away. We then started the search again, looked at more houses and went into escrow again. This time things went more smoothly and we closed in April. One of the best features is we used docusign which made things go very quickly. We could review and sign from anywhere since we could use it on our phones as well as at work.
