Two men showed up to mount a new microwave over my stove in place of the microwave that had stopped working. I thought 12 years was pretty good for a microwave. They appreciated that since it was the same manufacturer and almost the same model to replace, that I had both installation books. I considered the time it took about average. I appreciated their good manners and willingness to go the extra mile to make sure I was happy.

Russell was friendly and very helpful. He used my vacuum cleaner and swept behind the stove, which he didnâ t have to do. He also swept the floor after he pushed the stove back in place. Then, he showed me how the oven was in working order again. I am very impressed with how professional and organized he is. I kept his information and will call again. I will be sure to tell others about him, too!
