Description of Work: Near the end of a recent cabinet refinishing project, I suddenly decided I wanted soft closing hinges installed, which required boring holes in all the doors. I contacted Jeromie, with Finishing Touches, who came over the next day to give me an estimate. I knew immediately his precision and attention to details was exactly what I was looking for. So as not to slow the process down, Jeromie picked up all 30 cabinet doors the next day, which happened to be a Sunday afternoon, and had them back on Monday. He an his teammate then came back a few days after the painting was finished to hang the doors and add the pulls. Very professional company...and a job well done!

Description of Work: Overall quality was good, however his communication and customer service was poor. He was not upfront on pricing. He never bothered to mention that crown moulding is a 2 part process. Once the crown moulding was only half completed, he surprised us with the painting and and sealing/ prepping quote. We paid anther 150% more, due to his lack of poor communication. We felt it was a bait and switch. Not a good way to approach business. We spent a lot of money, and will not be using him again. It's a shame he does not have better customer service, because we had many more Projects we could have given him.
