Personal and personable service from owner. Warned me of possible problems. Very professional. Intelligent, very competent. A very pleasant experience.

Brian was timely and conscientious. He did the work we requested and offered us options on other repairs we need.

Set appt for 5 p.m. He called a little before that and said he was on the way. Arrived before time and finished in about ten minutes. Very well done and professional about it. Even gave me a new spring for the frapery cord for free. I would use them again.

For the free estimate the man was here by 10am. To pick drapes for cleaning he was here by 10am. 7 days later the drapes were to be returned. At 1pm I called to see when I could expect him, his response "Oh I forgot" I wan firm that I must have them the next day. When he called (approx10am) he advised he was having car troubles but would keep me posted as I had various appts that day. By 3pm he said that would be on his way. at 4pm he arrived with the drapes. While hanging them he managed to soil them in a couple spots and offered to re-do them, I said NO. He did take off $20.00 from the $170.00 bill.

We had to replace mini blinds and drapes, and wanted to have them up before out of town guests arrived to spend Christmas with us. Brian at eldon drapes and blinds brought us outstanding blinds and drapes, on time, and did a fabulous installation job. This was an exceptional experience, and many thanks to service magic for helping us find him!

Brian called me the day after I submited my request to Service Magic for drapery repair. He came promptly and took my two balloon window treatments for cleaning. He also put together one of the drapes which came apart when the old rod broke. It took a little over a week to remake the drapes as it was not an easy task. I would use Eldon Drapery again for my next window treatment project.

Un professional, rude and unreliable. Didn't completer the project.

brian is an excellent professional. a master mechanic when it come to repairing the hardest drape spindles and rods imaginable. he is currently working on getting a very favorite drape of mine in my large garden window fixed and repaired the way it should have come out of the factory many years ago. thank you service magic for recommending this fine gentleman to me,
