Description of Work: I've never been moved to post on this list before but I had such a good experience with Rich that I wanted to. He came over to clean my studio - moved some furniture for me, was extremely personable and I even felt comfortable leaving him in the house alone to finish up. Could not be happier....oh, and he didn't try to "upsell" me on soap. He just cleaned the carpets with steam AND cleaner as his base price product.

+ 0 moreI've never been inspired to leave a review but after working with Rich at "Dr. Carpet" I felt I had to. He was very nice, accomodating and professional. He did a great job cleaning the carpets and I even felt comfortable leaving him in my home unattended (that says a lot!). He didn't try to upsell me on soap or other drama. He just came over, cleaned the carpets and left. I've been referring him to family and friends.
