First technician was not on top of all the issues, but Alex, the followup technician, was fantastic!

Repairman let me know what was wrong with my freezer.

everything happened the way that I hoped. They had to order a part, and they anticipated 2 to 3 additional days to obtain the part, so we decided that a trip to the laundromat was going to be necessary; they called the next day to say that they had the part, and would return that afternoon, which they did, repaired and tested the machine, and left me the failed part.

Luke the repair guy was very friendly and nice knew what he was doing. Fixed it and had it working in no time at all. Thank you !

Unfortunately my washer was beyond repair. However, Chris was in good humor and able to recommend a new brand that he rarely has to fix. I bought the washer the same day.

I threw away a perfectly good dishwasher based on this person's recommendation. Got a new one and the installers knew it was an outlet problem. First and last time using Home Advisor. That cost me a LOT of money.
