+ 3 moreDennis, the owner of Cottage Construction, is an incredibly easy person to work with. He thinks through every problem and offers his best advice as to the solution -- taking into account your situation, needs, and preferences. His work is top quality! He came in to recontstruct some areas damaged by a leaky water heater. His work was so good, I hired him to do other jobs. He revamped my linen closet, restored and upgraded my pantry, and bult an entirely new laundry closet for me. These jobs included plumbing, electrical, drywall, and painting. He helped me determine the most ergonomic way to install my laundry closet. He worked around my schedule, not his. I honestly and completely enjoyed working with Dennis. I intend to hire him as the general contractor in about 1-2 years when I completely remodel my downstairs. He's great!
Description of Work: 1. restored my linen closet that was destroyed by water heater flood. rebuilt and painted it. Also suppllied a new shelf that didn't exit before 2. rebuilt my pantry, adding better shelving, installing light, and instaling a new bifold door. 3. rebuilt my entry ceiling adding recessed lighting 4. built an entirely new closet for a laundry -- framing. drywall, plumbing, and electrical
