Excellent! Cory was recommended by the tile contractor when we decided to make some changes in our master shower while the tile was being replaced. (Then we decided to go for a total re-do.) Cory is very polite and prompt. Returns calls fast. Shows up on time. He wants to do whatever the homeowner wants, and is open to discuss the pros and cons of decorative decisions vs . He's very easy to work with! Since he was already working on the masterbath, I think he gave us a nice discount for the other two small jobs in the other bathroom and kitchen. I'm only saying this because he may charge more for those kinds of jobs if that's the only thing that he is called out to do. We've had a lot of experience with contractors working on our house over the last 33 years, and I rate Cory as one of the best we've ever had.

I called Corey Davis (CLD Pluming) plumbing on a Wednesday, and we set up a time to meet on Saturday. He arrived a few minutes late and took a look at my three problems. The shower valve had been leaking for some time. There was lots of corrosion and it was stuck. He had to drill it out. The exterior faucet he changed in about 10 minutes, that was soldered on. He resoldered it. He needed to leave for about 30 minutes to get some parts (the Moen valve cartridge and a new handle), but he didn't charge me for that time. I was going to fix a leaky toilet valve myself and was asking him some advice; I already had the fluidmaster part that I got from a hardware store. He offered to do it himself at no extra charge. It only took him about 15 minutes. Finally, he looked at the single spigot faucet drip problem and gave me several options. I decided to get a warranty replacement (from KWC) for the part. He told me how and who to contact. He didn't charge me anything for this, and even told me to call him up for advice if I needed it when the part arrived. This saved me money. Overall, he was a great worker. He .told me that he has in the past worked for some big name plumbing firms, but now is a sole proprietor. He's been a plumber for over 20 years. I ended up paying him $166, $120 for labor and $46 for parts. He left the parts receipt with me. He was in the house for about 1.5 hours.
