I explained what the job is in plain English, and what does entail. yet, a so-called "technician" came by clueless; after wasting 45 mins, no jobs get done, no diagnosis, he just came back in a list of speculations, just pretty much what was know to begin with.. the guy was not willing to take any action, check on things, or do any fixing.. took day off from work, and it was such a waste of time...
