5-stars does not quite capture the type of service and results I got fro m Lisa Evans at Cabinets Plus. My family moved from P A to CA in the winter of 2021 during a pandemic. We bought a beautiful new home and needed to retrofit our garage with built-ins. We received quotes from 3 vendors for this project. Lisa was by far the most pleasant, professional and skillful designer we worked with. She was always on time, tuned in to our taste and our needs, and gave us a fantastic price. We made some last minute changes and Lisa was accommodating and also nicely advise on guidelines to help us avoid extra charges. WRT schedule, every vendor was at least 12 weeks out because they buy their materials from a 3rd party. Cabinets Plus has the market advantage here because they have their own inventory! The installation was done on schedule and just pristine! i have since referred Lisa to my friend and my sister and the latter completed an install and is writing an unsolicited review (Lisa is that good!!!) Lisa, thank you so much for all that you did. This review does not even capture the excellence that delivered to our beautiful home. We will be back. I promise! The two installers worked tirelessly to get the job done to our satisfaction. Always polite and checking in to make sure we were happy once the design turned to realty. We almost balked at the entertainment center and I am glad we rounded out the whole house with 4 closets, garage, and entertainment center. Well worth it! Ask for Bill Purvis and we always will give a great recommendation.

From the very beginning, we could not have been more pleased. Called for an appointment, estimator arrived on time and gave a courtesy call that he was on the way. Very professional, quick estimate, and we singed on the spot. Office set up the appointment for installation and workers arrived on time and went straight to work. The guys that installed the cabinets worked through the day and the cabinets look great! I would highly recommend Cabinets Plus to anyone. We will definitely use them again for our next project of indoor closets.

The installers arrived as scheduled, installation completed quickly and efficiently and cleanly. I asked the installers to move the shelves within as they are extremely heavy. I realize that they need to be sturdy as most people will be putting a lot of heavy stuff in there. For me, a lighter weight would have been sufficient (and perhaps less expensive). A neighbor went with a different installer, had many more done - overhead racks and wall cabinets installed (on feet) plus a workbench and paid only $1900. But I don't feel the quality of their cabinets is nearly as good as mine. I would use Cabinets plus again for heavy duty cabinets.

The cabinets are great, the quality is excellent. The garage floor is beautiful. They were reasonably priced and their service excellent.

Very happy with the product and the service. Price was reasonable and the quality of the cabinets is great. We absolutely love it. Very glad my realtor recommended them to me. We had a minor issue with one of the cabinets doors after a year and it was taken care by them. I would recommend them to anyone. Most likely will use them to do my closets as well.

Our designer Lisa is very friendly. We called to see whether we could make an appointment to visit the showroom after hour. She offered that she were to meet someone else in the evening but we are welcome to look at the showroom and she will try to answer our questions. We spoke to her briefly at the meeting and made an in home appointment with her for the specifics. She took very accurate measurement and considered all kind of variations we didn't think of (the wall was more uneven than we thought). She provided her design to us and had us think about it. We met to go over the design to indicate what changes may be needed to met our meet. She spent a lot of time working out the designs with us. She also provided couple more versions of one of the "problematic" closets and we met once again to discuss the final designs. Lisa was very accommodating and all the appointments are in the evening to fit our schedule. Lisa was also available to answer questions when we had some last minute questions from the closet door (different company) crew. The installation was a little less perfect. Lisa notified us that the color we chose would not be available until a later day only a few days before the installation date. Because we wanted the original color we had to have some but not all the closets installed. And then there was another delay for the second installation because Cabinet Plus did not receive the material from the supplier on the expected day. After all the closets are installed, we had couple minor issues to be addressed. I contacted Lisa and she replied promptly. Cabinet Plus sent their crew to address the issues. All the issues were eventually addressed but there was some lack of communications that Cabinet Plus had to send crew to our home multiple times. The material used is as shown in their showroom. The crew were prompt and friendly. We like the finish products of all the closet. Their price was higher than their competitors. However, especially with the good designs and finish products, we find it worthwhile.

I contacted 2 companies for bids on the 2 closets, Cabinets Plus and one other. Both companies sent very knowledgeable and professional representatives. The bids were also very close in price. We were moving into our new place in 2 weeks and needed the organizers in place to get everything put away. I got a late start in getting the bids, but Cabinets Plus was able to schedule us before our move. The installers arrived on time and had the job done in less than 2 hours. The organizers are beautiful, high-quality and very functional. Rhianna, the sales rep, did a great job on the design, utilizing every square inch of our small closets. We are planning to build an addition to our house and remodel our kitchen. I plan to use Cabinets Plus for our new closets.

Everything went great and the cabinets look excellent. Reanna came out for the estimate and did a great job measuring. She was very precise and gave me examples of what I wanted installed. I'd highly recommed their services.

I own a home improvement company two miles from their location. Went to their Irvine showroom, but no one came out of their office to speak with me while I walked the floor. Very nice showroom though. Grabbed a business card and called in for an appointment. I was told someone would call me by the end of the day to schedule the appointment. 3 days later I got a call to set up a day and time. I selected a work day after 4pm. The day of the appointment, my wife calls at 2:00 pm to let me know the designer is at the house already. I reminded the designer I was going to be at work until 3:30 and I would not be there until 4:00. I was very surprised when the designer told me I was wrong, and the appointment was for 2:00. By now I know things aren't going to go well. She tells me it's not a big deal, she didn't need me to be there anyways. Being a home improvement contractor who uses CAD, I had made some simple line drawings based off a video I made of our prior home showing what features we wanted to get quoted. I asked her to e-mail the drawing and I would send her my video, drawing and what style and color we wanted. We never heard from her again. Waste of time.

They are busy, so their response/scheduling was a little slower (but reasonable) than others I contacted. Their price was the best overall (less expensive for the cabinets but more for the floor epoxy since they use another company for the flooring). The designer was good with coming up with design/considerations for my specific garage (compared to others). She drew everything by hand so it took her a few days to return the estimate (compared with others who did it on the spot with their computer). Scheduling for the install took a couple of weeks. However, once scheduled everything was very organized. The guys came on time and worked efficiently. There were a few minor cracks where the screw went in on some beams, and when asked if it would get worse, they unhesitantly offered to schedule another appointment for replacements (although those slight cracks probably didn't matter much). The natural wood color (manilla) cabinets with silver straight handle turned out very nice. I highly recommend them for garage cabinet installation. The floor epoxy was nice too.

After speaking to several closet companies to install a custom closet system in our master bedroom, we chose Cabinets Plus to do the work because they seemed like true custom cabinet makers, and, much to our surprise, they were also more affordable. As an added bonus, they were able to work with our tight schedule, too. They did the work and even added a few structural details that were not included by some of the other companies. We were thrilled with the final result, and it was a great experience all around. We highly recommend Cabinets Plus.

Their pricing is very competitive; which is part of the reason we chose them and the quality was excellent. I had them come back once for little nicks that needed to be fixed but other than that there have not been any issues.
