We had 3 companies provide estimates on approximately 25 windows, a sliding door, and dining room French doors. Best tinting came to the house (Oscar), measured all the windows, provided tinting samples. He is friendly, knowledgeable, answered all my questions and scheduled a date that worked for us. Their price was lower than the other two popular companies?and Oscar is charming. I wanted a standard tint for kitchen and dining room windows, and where the sun blasts in our house in the afternoon, I requested a slightly darker tint. We have two large dogs, one of which scratches on the sliding and dining room doors to go outside, and he suggested a layer of protective clear tint on top of the tinted film to resist the scratches. We placed that on both doors. Jose and Juan arrived promptly on the scheduled day. Unfortunately, they did not know that several of the windows were 18 feet above ground level and the ladder they brought would not reach. Juan stayed and started on the ground level windows while Jose was kind enough to drive back to the headquarters and retrieve a taller ladder. They worked from 8am to 6pm without a break. Juan was great with my dogs who after a couple hours, no longer needed to be kept isolated in another room. The windows are gorgeous. The doors are gorgeous. No bubbling, just smooth as can be. I highly recommend their services.

The sales rep, Lorraine Michelle, came out to my home in Bermuda Dunes, CA the next day that I called for a free consultation. She was energetic and professional, she gave me samples to keep of the different types of residential window tint that I was interested in. I live in Southern California Desert, which in the summer can be blazing hot-especially if your house windows face the afternoon sun as our home does. I bought the best tint available that gives a natural color when looking from inside to outside. The following day, the installer came on time (in fact, we had just moved in and out of all the service installers such as sears washer/dryer, the alarm installer, etc.; Best Window Tint was the only installer who actually came at the time that they scheduled.) The installer put tint on all of my windows. The only complaint that I have is that he left a mess in my office room, he had scraps and paper all left on the floor. Also, he asked me where my alarms were installed and also what types of systems that we had in place in the entire house. The following 3 nights, our alarms sounded letting us know that there was an intruder attempting to enter our home. I lied when I answered the installer's questions about how our alarms are set in and around our home. We spent a lot of money to have the highest quality put into our home and I wasn't about to hand out such important information. When the police responded to the alarms informing of a possible break-in, the officer was upset to hear that the tint installer asked me where my alarms were located in my home. The installer said it was because he needed to cut around the alarms themselves; however, the police officer said that question is the same as if he asked me what my credit card number was. After the 3 days of break-in attempts in different areas of our home, the police has patrolled my city block regularly and we haven't had any more police knocking at my door due to our intruder detector. The good news that the officer told us was that our community is filled with police and military servicemen. He also let me know that they patrol our community quite regularly. As far as the tint and the quality of work, we are very satisfied. Our home is a lot cooler. I would highly recommend residential window tint to anyone looking to catch a break from the summer heat. In fact, I gave my mother all of the samples along with Lorraine's business card. I just warned her to not give out any security information.

I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH BEST WINDOW TINTING. THEY DID A GREAT JOB ON TINTING THE WINDOWS AND HAD THE CAR READY WHEN THEY PROMISED THAT IT WOULD BE DONE. THE CAR WAS RETURNED IN GREAT CONDITION.
