My experience with Baylight carpet cleaning was great! Monica worked on my carpets and did a phenomenal job! She was efficient, clean, good spirited, and ready to work. She never slacked off or seemed lazy by any sense. She had a good and positive attitude that made me feel happy with my choice in company. She was very respectful to me and my house and I felt more than comfortable with her cleaning my carpets/upholstery. She was a good, honest, and hard worker, truthful to her word. Ultimately, I was happy with this company from start to finish. My carpets are as clean as ever, and I would definitely consider hiring baylight again

I could not be happier with the work that was done. With a few children and a couple dogs my carpet was in a real need of cleaning. I was very impressed with the professionalism, timeliness, and quality of work that was performed. What really sold me was that I would have another woman working in my home which made me feel comfortable being me and my young children. Also knowing that they used non toxic ingredients so I did not have to worry about my kids or pets being around the carpet during its drying phase. I cannot be happier. She even cleaned a few deep stains in other rooms for free. Wow, service! I will hire her every year.
