Really happy with Ali's work. I called him on a Friday afternoon, and within a couple hours he arrived and skillfully replaced the failed condensate pump. He made some improvements with the pump location and safety measures, and was very clean. Overall he did a terrific job. His fee was very reasonable, and we were very thankful to him for doing our repair.

They were fine. I used a coupon. He was only here about 10 minutes.

Jose came and was extremely polite and professional, wore covers on his shoes inside the house without being asked, was quick and knew what he was doing.

Needed a new motor for the air conditioner. Ara and helper were very nice and professional. The air conditioner was still under warranty, but the service charge for replacing the motor was $400, which was a shock to me. However, I have to admit I have no idea how much anyone else would have charged. I depended upon Angie's list for their honesty and integrity. The work was done quickly when a new one was available. I waited for 6 days for the replacement.

The service was excellent! He understood my issue and immediately knew what to look to solve it. he was professional and knowledgeable and done in an half hour. He even was able to come sooner than planned-a bonus when you have a leaking ac in the heat.

They came out the same day I called and fixed the issue straight away. They not only fixed the compressor but added freon, which has made the A/C work more efficiently

The service tech came same day I called and was on-time with his arrival estimate. The service tech (Will) was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was very thorough inspecting the equipment and took plenty of time explaining what was right and what needed attention in the future. Ali and his assistant were very professional. I called them in the morning on a Friday, he was very busy that day. However he was willing to come to my house around 6 pm. SAME DAY SERVICE! We had already gone about 1.5 weeks without heat. I should have called him sooner! He had the heater fixed in about an hour. He vacuumed out the heating unit and installed a new pilot lighter / electric control box. He also thoroughly inspected the heater and answered several questions that I had regarding the unit. Ali is the best! Highly recommended for all HVAC services. During the summer months, he came and replaced a capacitor on my outdoor AC unit. He's a great guy, very honest and highly recommended. This was our second experience with this company and they will be the first one I call for any future services.

Basically the guy said, hey look I'm away for the week and I can't come out and fix it and I'm a one man show and I'm sorry you're having the issue. Well I had a tenant in there who is disabled, it was the middle of July, and they needed their air conditioning and I couldn't wait a week till this guy came back into town. Then when the other guy said, when the other service came out and said hey I don't think this part was replaced, that made me wonder, okay maybe he didn't even do the work and that's why it broke again. They did the service that day. I think it was $250 for the final cost of the service. I would give them an F overall especially because they didn't change the part. I don't know what to compare the price to. F for quality because he didn't even do the work, it broke again. Responsiveness is an F because he said he was out of town for a week. Punctuality he was on time as far as, you know, he came right away. I would never use this provider in the future.

Ali called ahead and arrived a little early. He was in clean and pressed uniform with smile on face. He introduced himself and gave me his business card. He's quite friendly and wanted to get right to work. I took him to A/C unit and he went right to work - he had all of tools right with him. In short order he had the unit opened and spotted some potentially dangerous issues right away. If I had started the unit the fan would have cut some wiring that had dropped because the previous restraint had failed due to weathering. He replaced it with weatherproof support. He checked every component, all wiring, coolant lines, etc. He checked coolant, too - none needed. There was no wasted motion because he knew exactly what he was doing. He buttoned-up the unit. set the circuit breaker, and on it came, smooth as silk. We went inside (he put on shoe covers - very considerate since my wife is Asian and believes floors are never clean enough.) Ali inserted temperature probes in the inlet vent and one outlet vent. Temperatures were already 20 degrees different, after only maybe 5 minutes. It felt great. We went in living room and completed the transaction. His rate beat all the others, too, and was as advertised. Don't know why I did not call him first - just 'suckered' in by big names with no heart, remember. My wife gave Ali a fresh egg roll she had just prepared; she was so happy. Then Ali was off to 2 more morning appointments; busy guy, and I see why. Ali is your man without any reservations.

We've had a few people come out and tell us we had leaks and had to get it replaced - this guy came out, was really thorough, and fixed the problem for us.

Ali is truly a good professional who I am happy to recommend to anyone. He was punctual, and even arranged an early Saturday visit so I could see what the inspection he provided entailed. Not only did he do a full up inspection, but he checked out every nook and cranny and was totally honest. The HVAC did not need to be upgraded or replaced, but there were some very minor and easy fixes to do. He showed me what I could do to make the unit last a good long time. Not in his best interest in the short term, but he is a long term businessman and knows honesty is #1! I will most certainly call him when needed in the future and am happy to say we found the HVAC guy to use for hour home from now on.

The owner, Ali, showed up 5 minutes early for the appointment, which means on time. He parked on the street instead of in my driveway so there was no chance his truck could leak any oil. He went over what he was going to do. After he removed the cover for the unit, he discovered a bunch of leaves and dust bunnies that had collected from the gardener using the super loud blower each week. So, he found my water hose and attached a strong sprayer so he could move all the nasty sludge. Apparently, I had connected the hose incorrectly so Ali completely unrolled it and fixed it for me. He wore little blue booties when he entered my home. He checked how cold the air coming out of the vent in the house was compared to the air going into the a/c unit. He changed the filter in the heater in the garage. To get to the filter, he had to wiggle under a bike hanging from the ceiling. He was very careful not to hurt it. He's small so he can fit in smaller spaces. I think that's very helpful. I will have him return next year for my annual checkup and if I have any problems. I would recommend him to my neighbors.
