ALPHA PAINTING INC

Owner, Michael, sent bidder David, to bid. David PROMISED 5-6 workers, job to start Tues am & complete Fri noon. Sent two good workers Tue-Fri, added 4 incompetent workers on Sat, sent two workers back on Sun. Would not return calls that completion date was not being met. Paint from trim on walls, wall paint on the trim & back to trim paint on walls. Bad caulking & nail holes left unfilled or nail holes filled not sanded smooth prior to painting. Michael met me Monday, 3 days after job to be complete, to see work issues from 4 imcompetent workers. Michael met Jose, good lead painter at the home & demoralized him in front of me. I stood up for the painter as the issues were not his fault but the other 4 from other crew. David did not communicate all that was PROMISED to be painted and did not add all work to the bid sheet for Michael. David claimed he was not happy with Michael who refused to come back. Michael fired good painter, Jose, & kept $900, from Jose's pay that he was owed.

THE ENGLISH SPEAKING CREW WAS ON TIME AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB,I EVEN CHANGED MY MIND ON A WALL COLOR AFTER THEY HAD COMPLETED THE JOB. I CALLED THEM AND THEY CAME BACK OUT THE FOLLOWING DAY, IT WAS VERY INEXPENSIVE, FOR A MISTAKE THAT WAS MY OWN. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.

THE ENGLISH SPEAKING CREW, WHICH I APPRIECIATE AS A HOMEOWNER, SHOWED UP ON TIME EACH DAY AND DID NOT HAVE LOUD MUSIC PLAYING WHICH IS NOT ALWAYS THE CASE. THE WERE CLEAN IN UNIFORMS AND THEY BROUGHT THEIR OWN LUNCHES WHICH THEY ATE HERE INSTEAD OF LEAVING FOR A FEW HOURS. EVERYONE IN THIS COMPANY WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL.
