They were good and friendly.

The job went very well. It took longer than expected, but having some knowledge of electric circuits I could tell that the crew was working diligently and thoroughly. Ace pulled the permit and contacted the electric utility to complete the service upgrade, and wiring was tied together in a complete and logical fashion, making future updates and repairs simple. They handled extra projects easily and without objection, and they stayed true to their quote despite the extended time needed for the job. Victor (owner or manager) kept me informed and answered emails and phone calls quickly. The workers (Eric, Chris and Ray) were always friendly and eager to explain what they were doing; they did some very creative work to run wires in difficult spaces, disturbing existing walls and ceilings as little as possible, and they came up with excellent suggestions for the cable and Ethernet runs. We are completely satisfied and will call Ace again without hesitation if we need their services.

The electrician arrived on time. He diagnosed the problem as a bad circuit breaker. He replaced the circuit breaker. The whole process took less than 30 minutes. The price was reasonable. I was very happy with the service. I would use Ace again.

We called on a Saturday to get an estimate for the installation of two light fixtures, and decided to have them come out to give us a quote. They came out the following Monday, on time, and we discussed a variety of options. We eventually decided to use conduit, because of potential issues with a fire wall, and we scheduled them to come out the following Saturday. They came out, again on time, and installed the light fixtures and cleaned up after themselves. A good experience from start to finish.

The work they did went well. They were on time and did the job they said they would do on time. They were very quick. I only used them once but they seem to be reliable.

My overall experience with them was great. I don't remember how much I paid for their service. They did great work. They were reliable and on time.

On Friday night my main electrical breaker tripped, and I was not able to reset it. I called ACE Electric and left a message asking for assistance the next morning. On Saturday morning Gus promptly called me and we set up an appointment for 2 hours later. Gus came early, reset the main breaker, and replace a bed sub-breaker. He also gave me some advice on installing a new GFCI outlet. I am very happy with his service.

Brand came out on time, kept the works site clean and did a great job. Ace Electric had a price similar to other electricans, but they patched the drywall where they needed to get in and do the wiring. The other companies I called would have just left the holes. We saved the money it would have cost to have a drywaller come out by texturing and painting the small patches where the wires were run ourselves (about $100). I would definitely recommend Ace.

I called Ace and they came out the next day and spent 3 hours trying to untangle the mess. They were very careful, explained everything they were doing and cleaned up afterward. They took so long because they were so thorough, the problem wiring impacted 3 different circuits and they went through the entire house tracing everything out and making sure the repair was perfect and up to code.

I was very pleased with the work. The company sent two representatives. They lined up the site to install and requested my okay before making cuts in the ceiling. They were also very careful to make as few cuts in the drywall as possible and cleaned-up afterward. Although I did not have bulbs to insert when the installation was complete (I thought they were in the box), they returned to fine tune things two days later when I got the bulbs and found that two didn't light. They quickly found a solution by checking the wiring on the chandelier and made sure all five lights were functioning properly. (It was a manufacturer issue.) I would definitely ask them to do other projects. When I read the original reviews, I noted that one thought they were on the pricey side. However, I found their estimate competitive with another estimate I got.

Four outlets stopped working when I was vacuuming on a Friday night. I called ACE on Saturday morning and they sent out a friendly representative in the afternoon to troubleshoot and provide an estimate. He showed up about 10 minutes early and after diligently trying to find a GFI outlet, he could find none (he even checked the attic). After about 30 minutes, and because no GFI outlet could be found, he gave us an estimate for installing a GFI outlet by running the wire through the attic. While in the attic, he saw some open junctions and recommended that we get them fixed as they were a fire hazard. After taking a look myself, I believed it was a sincere and honest recommendation as it did look dangerous. After discussing with me what needed to be done, he sat down and itemized the work he felt needed to be completed and provided a quote. I scheduled an appointment for Monday and two ACE electricians showed up (again 10 mins early) on that day to perform the work--which they did well.

Ace was very good although I thought they were a little pricey. They were kind, courteous and did a fast job, making sure to take the extra time to clean up after the job was finished.

JEFF, FIRST OF ALL, SHOWED AT THE EXACT TIME TO DO AN ESTIMATE. HE WAS VERY CORDIAL AND SAID HE COULD DO THE JOB FOR $150.00. HE THEN ARRIVED ON TIME AND INSTALLED THE FAN IN TWO HOURS. HE NOT ONLY CLEANED UP BUT WANTED TO HELP ME RETURN THE FURNITURE TO THE WORK AREA. WE ARE SO IMPRESSED WITH HIS WORK, ATTITUDE AND FRIENDLINESS THAT HE WILL BE OUR FUTURE ELECTRICIAN FOR ANY WORK.
