Response from Accurate Electrical Services - Irvine
Dear [member name removed], I am sorry you are still unhappy. When we spoke you explained that our electrician arrived on time, gave you options for your job, installed everything just as he said he would and left the job spotless. When you called the office to discuss the price I returned your call the same morning. We strive to be very responsive to our clients and their needs. I would like to clarify the work that was done so you have a better understanding of the total scope of work and how we arrived at our price. Please forgive us if it wasn't clear. I will discuss your job with our team at our next meeting so that everyone can learn from it and we can better communicate exactly what work each option entails. Your job involved removing and existing recessed light fixture in the attic space and installing a new junction box to accommodate the new chandelier. We then installed and hard wired the power chord, hooks, chain and the new chandelier in exactly the location you requested. We also supplied and installed a new 600watt dimmer for the chandelier (an option you chose to add). Each task comes right out of our price guide. That is how we come up with the options that were provided to you job along with "Up-Front" prices. As always we received your signature approving the work before any work was started. We also received your signature accepting the work as performed before any payment was accepted. [member name removed], we have a very specific process we follow on our service calls so our clients are completely delighted. I welcome your suggestions on how we can improve. I will admit that the price to you pay to have a state certified, licensed, background checked and randomly drug tested electrician perform work is not the same as you would pay to have a handyman do the work. I equate it to having a CPA prepare your taxes as opposed to H&R block. I still stand by our Accurate Promise, "If you aren't completely satisfied, we'll make it right or you don't pay...simple as that!" I will reach out to you again on Monday morning. Best Regards, Jeff
