Description of Work: Superb from start to finish. Jay and his team were terrific, on time, ahead of schedule, courteous, professional, knowledgeable and considerate. We could not have asked for more. Special props to Mario who led the tear-off team and Ruben who led the lay down team. They provide an outstanding product at a competitive price. Could not have asked for more.

Description of Work: I own a commercial building downtown santa ana. One of my tenants was experiencing a leak along their windows/wall every time it rains hard. I contacted Above it All Roofing and was promptly called back to schedule an appointment to assess the situation. Jay was super. He came to my location and called me when he was on his way. He looked around the building and on the roof top and said he'd send one of his foreman out to get up on a ledge to check out if there were any cracks, etc. As promised, he called to let me know he was sending his crew out the next day. He did not find any areas that were apparent that would cause the leak. (The tenant is on the first floor and it's a 2 story building where the 2nd floor tenant doesn't have a problem!) As such, he added some tar to a few areas along the ledge of the roof and didn't charge me anything! He told me to contact him the next time it rains and if it fixed the problem, I will pay him then. If not, he will come back out and look into it further. Now that's what I call great customer service! I will definitely call Jay should I ever have any roofing needs and recommend him.

Description of Work: As a newcomer to the Los Angeles area, I was nervous when I discovered that I had a flat roof leak and knew I had to search out the services of a roofing company. I consulted Angies's list and noticed a company with sterling reviews from many past customers, so I picked up the telephone and made an appointment. Jay from Above It All Roofing, Inc. arrived at our appointment at exactly the time he committed to meeting with my husband and me. From the moment we met Jay, we felt at ease. He exhibited a warm and friendly demeanor. Jay examined our problem and explained to us several solutions to correct our roofing problem with our budget in mind. Because of the complexity of our situation, Jay also explained that we may need to consult with a general contractor who could address our problem, because it involves several repair issues beyond the scope of roofing alone. He has made contact with us several times after our initial meeting to re-examine the situation and offer his expertise. If and when we have any other roofing issues, we will be sure to call Jay first, someone we consider to be an honest, caring, and trustworthy contractor.

Description of Work: David Came out to give a bid for a minor roof repair over my porch area. He was professional and on time. He inspected my roof and gave me two bids. The repair only was to cost $5700.00. If I wanted to have the whole roof repapered then it would equal 12-15K! DOH!

Description of Work: Had three layers of old shingles taken off and new roof put on. Was done in 2 to 3 days. Awesome job :)
