Manuel and his crew started promptly on Monday morning, 6/26, and the work was completed by noon on 6/29. The last day included a complete power washing of the entire roof, after which they made sure they picked up every nail and every piece of debris that might have been left. We walked around the house, found one small thing on the roof that needed attention, and that was it. I have to mention that the weather was really warm for all 4 days that they worked on our roof, but they kept at it all day, every day. We were extremely pleased with the quality of the work and the professionalism and courtesy of Manuel and his crew. I would highly recommend Above It All Roofing, Inc.

It went very well. We were fortunate enough to work with Scott Logan who coordinated the entire project. He was always on time, always proactive, and very professional. The coordination with the workers and with the city permitting all went very smoothly. As home owners, the new roof looks beautiful and we have had compliments from people. Thank you Scott for job well done.

Could not observe directly (since it was on the roof), but they showed me pictures, and it all seemed to go well.

We are happy with our new roof but hope we never have to see them again. They said it won't leak again and if it does a 10 year warranty is part of the contract. It is no means cheap to put on a new roof but we did not want to hire some company that will do a shoddy job and have to rehire another roofing company to clean up the mess. We did not want to have to repair a leak here and a leak there everytime it rains either. We recommend Above It All Roofing for you roofing needs.

Above It All Roofing, Inc did an excellent job on our new roof in the city of Orange. Their representative, Blake, was amazing and made sure the project went smoothly. I highly recommend this company if you want quality roofing work done.

The City inspector, structural engineer, and ourselves as owner/residents were extremely pleased with the outcome. All work was done according to City code and final inspection recorded. There have been no further leaks during subsequent rains. Above It All Roofing went above and beyond throughout. Due to the extent of the project, a window of dry weather was necessary. They placed a large tarp on the house at no charge while waiting, which prevented further leaks. They coordinated well with ourselves, the engineer, and Inspector—all remained involved throughout. They are local to Irvine. Their manager was on site several times each day plus intermittent visits by the company owner. During the approximately two weeks of the project, they started and finished each day on time, thoroughly cleaned the entire site before leaving, did not damage any of the landscaping/garden, and kept a cover over the pool. As we vacated the house the first week and occupied it the second, they were conscientious in coordinating the security of gates and the alarm system. Their entire team was courteous, pleasant to both ourselves, other service individuals needing grounds access, and neighbors. They parked in a manner respectful to neighbors. They complied with Home Owner Association guidelines. When their trailer placed in our driveway was filled and periodically taken to the dump, they included a few unrelated items that we wanted removed at no charge. All their employees are insured and bonded. At our request, expenses for the dump, hauling, engineer, Inspector, materials, and labor were all included in payment to Above All Roofing. They did not request any payment until the job was complete and honored the Angie’s List coupon. A warranty came with the work. I consider the value received a bargain at $32,000. We highly recommend them for any roofing needs from simple to complex. We would use them on any roofing project in the future. They are truly customer service oriented. They deserve straight A+ and Super Service award status. We have no conflict of interest, are not related to Above It All Roofing, nor received any consideration for this review.

David was my contact person and he was very responsive and pleasant to deal with. The work was done as promised and on time. David and Mike even went above and beyond by talking with my insurance company to get my insurance payment to match the actual cost of repair. My insurance company was being very difficult but David was able to give them the information they needed to complete my claim.

Contacted Above It All based on their positive reviews. Blake and his co-worker were prompt and professional. Best of all, once they got up on the roof they discovered that their initial diagnosis of the problem turned out to be a far less expensive fix. That kind of honesty in trade craft is getting harder to find, and is much appreciated.

Contracted with "Above it all Roofing Inc". After interviewing three different roofing contractors. chose "Above It All" based on other Angies list reviews, the professionalism of David, the competitive pricing and services offered, The many reviews of the company were highly positive and accurate. David was an outstanding and knowlegable company representative.They removed existing tiles, re-papered with two layers of heavy weight G-40, repaired damaged plywood, reset and power washed origional tiles and spay cleaned house upon completion. All work was completed within four days, when other contractors estimated ten day completion. I don't normally submit reviews but am confident to recommend "Above It All Inc." for any roof related repairs.

I talked to Scott Logan on the phone about a rental property we own that suffered some missing shingles after the bad storm in So. Calif. in Feb. 2017. Scott was very accommodating & met me at the house (I had a 4 hr. layover in So. Cal and he adjusted his schedule to meet me). It was determined that a new roof was required. My plan was to get several quotes and make a decision on roofers but after meeting with Scott and reading Angie's List reviews for Above It All Roofing, I decided to just go with Above It All Roofing because of their stellar reviews and the confidence I had in Scott that they would do a really good job at a fair price. Workers showed up as scheduled, on time and worked tirelessly. They left the site clean and neat. During the demo, it became apparent that more work would be required in re-roofing. Scott broke the news to us, very gently that the job would cost about $5000 more than we planned. He provided pictures and his expertise. Because of the intensive work required, the job took 5 days.

I needed a new roof as our old one was pretty much done. I called a few roofers - not all of them called back. Pricing varied by as much as 100%, with the one who was double the price of the lowest refusing to even give a breakdown of why the delta, just threw a price down. Scott from Above It All was responsive and put up with all my questions. They have a policy of getting back to a query within 24 hours which was refreshing. Pricing they weren't the lowest, but they gave confidence that they knew what they were quoting and the variables like new timber were under control. One of the roofers accidentally put his foot through the roof when the tiles were being taken off. This is one of the areas where problems in approach can show - none here. The damage was immediately assessed and taken care of before the roof was finished to our satisfaction. The roof was completed in time and in budget and there was absolutely no drama involved in the work - all went very smoothly. I'd recommend Above It All without hesitation. We've had several compliments from neighbors since the roof went up and we think it looks great.

I called Above It Al and asked David if he could expedite the job because I was in escrow. He said the were backlogged by 3 to 4 weeks because of the rainy season and that would do his best. He called in a couple of weeks, and we set up the work for Easter weekend. He , Nacho, and Manuel showed up and quickly replaced 36 broken tile and did some work on the mortar. A previous roofing contractor quoted twice as much for replacing 25 tiles.

From start to finish, we felt very comfortable with Above It All Roofing. David Brunn and his foreman, Michael Allen, are extremely honest, professional, Christian men who stand behind their work. There are no hidden fees, as with other companies we checked out. They go the extra mile to finish the job right, even painting the wood replaced for our patio cover, adding and painting vents, adding flashing where needed, and doing an "above it all" job, just like their name says! They are more than fair-priced for their level of expertise, lifetime guarantee of their product, and doing what is right by the customer.

I had to cancel the job with them due to my personal financial situation but would like to share my experience on working with the company. Back in January, my roof was leaking so I started searching for a roofer on Angie's List. After looking at reviews and wanting to work with someone more local in Irvine area, I decided to contact Above it All via Angie's. Mike was quick to respond to my inquiries. A couple days later, Dave Brunn showed up at my doorsteps on time, looked around my house and determined that I need to do a tile reset of whole roof and provided me with a quote. Dave was very professional and knowledgeable about my house since they have worked on many houses in the neighborhood before. He even drove me around the neighborhood and showed me the work they have done. All looked great! He is super easy to talk to and explained in details on issues that my roof is having. I felt Dave is trustworthy and reliable. if you are in Irvine area, I recommend that you contact Mike/Dave for your roofing needs or contact them for second opinions/quotes.. They may not be the cheapest, but based on the houses I have saw, they do great quality work which give you a good looking roof and a peace of mind. Roof is a big investment so I prefer a reliable contractor to work on it, instead of cheapest deal. Again, unfortunately, I had to cancel my roofing job due to personal cash flow issue.. Dave was very understanding, consulted Mike and offered me a couple options. After some thoughts, I decided to cancel the contract job for now and thank Dave for his time and support. I was looking forward to work with Dave. Anyway, I will not hesitate in working with Above It All again in the future.

Following my call for service, I received a prompt call-back the same day. Scott scheduled an appointment to inspect the roof and to bid the job. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The repair work was performed as scheduled by a group of 4 workers who completed the job in approximately 2 1/2 hours. And Scot sent me a series of 7 photos of the work performed which gave me a better perspective of the cause and resolution.

Very well. Two guys came out and knocked out the job in about two hours. A section of tiles was stripped off the leak area then new black paper was put down to prevent further leaks. Also, they completed a roof inspection replacing 7 tiles and ensuring all areas of the roof were properly sealed. I had the tile replacements from a neighbor's old roof so the match was perfect. Scott Logan was my initial contact. He came out to give me the initial estimate and was very professional and knowledgable. While the cost may not have been the lowest, they were able to get to my house just before the next big rains came in. For that I was very thankful. The roof did not leak at all during the next days of very heavy rain.

I called several roofers and they were all too busy. I received a response from David at Above It All. He was very professional, but also friendly and spent a lot of time explaining the problem and what they would need to do. He said he would try to get someone there in three days. He was able to get his team there in two days and they fixed the roof. The lead on his team also showed me the damage and how he fixed it. Great service! Very professional and patient to explain the problems and solutions to me.

the HOA informed us that they were responsible for the repair. so no work was needed, but I want to acknowledge the prompt response and professionalism of this company. It was greatly appreciated.

I had a roof that was in seriously bad condition. After talking to 4 different roofers, i decided to go with Above it All roofing. I had the pleasure of working with Scott and he was nothing far from professional and understanding to my situation. He laid everything out and provided ALL details along with what to expect. Although he wasn't there 100% of the time his crew is by far one of most impressive group of guys I've ever met and dealt with. Every day after work, they would clean up, almost better than it was before they started work. They were very courteous, professional and got the work done in less than 4 days and lets not forget about quality. Its amazing how wonderful the house looks with great workmanship. They invited me up and showed/spoke in details of whats been done and whats left to do. I wish all contractors or any home repair services are like Above it all. i would definitely recommend Scott, his crew and Above it All Roofing INC!!!!!!

Our entire roof needed to be repaired and all tiles replaced. We worked with Scott Logan, who was just fantastic. He assessed our roof (twice), offered a number of high quality alternative roofing materials, provided a strong, good, quote, worked with both our HOA and NB County for permits, and worked with our insurance company, started and ended the job on time, came by the house in the am and pm to check on progress. I completely recommend Above it all Roofing as a company, and Scott as a lead (side note - like me, he's a RHHS local guy).

Dave was very responsive, friendly, and easy to work with, and Manuel and his crew were punctual, efficient, and very skilled at their craft. The job took 3 1/2 days, and each day when they left, they cleaned up to the point that unless you looked up at the roof itself, you'd never know that it was a work zone. They swept up all the debris and dust until it was spotless. We are extremely pleased with the result and highly recommend this company.

It went beautifully!! Scott was always there when he said he would be, was professional and upfront about what our situation was. Came in with a fair bid and helped us choose our new roofing material. He brought in a great crew and they finished the job in two days and left the place looking better than before they arrived! We worked with David Brunn once again and it was another good experience. He is a pleasure to work with, personable and through, follows up at least daily, usually more frequently with his crew to assure all is going as planned. He answers and responds to any questions timely and is available for quick responses. The crew is excellent and cleans up daily and covered pool and decking to protect them from debris. They installed cap sheet on patio covers with new flashing. Installed fiberglass base sheet. Removed existing roof and hauled away all debris. Rain was forecasted and the crew worked on Thanksgiving to finish the job. It is a pleasure to work with a company, the owner and their representatives and crew that know their job and take pride in doing it well.
