Description of Work: Fantastic. First, they installed an entire new roof for me a few years ago (Great work). Two repairs needed: a leak in the roof (noticed in the Christmas rain) - they came the next day and made all repairs. They noticed broken tiles and suggested this to be repaired as well. Both probably caused by holiday light hangers walking in the roof. They ordered my exact tiles and it was thoroughly completed with 30 days. All of this at fair rates and great communication.

Description of Work: They honored a warranty on a repair job. I really respected that this company honored the warranty especially since it was s different owner st the time if the original repair! That integrity goes a long way iny mind! Would use again!

Description of Work: They totally replaced the roof of my two story home. They had to do a lot of replacing of the fascia and dry rot and termite damage. I think that their crew was extremely polite and accommodating. The salesman was very nice and very helpful, they got back immediately when I had questions. They were on time and cleaned up after themselves so it was great.

Description of Work: `They were the only ones that went on the roof looking for a leak, took off shingles to find it, took photos, spoke with me then repaired all on the same day.

Description of Work: During the last large rain fall, I noticed a water spot on my living room ceiling and others in the garage. I checked Angie's List and called the top 3 rated roofers on a Saturday. |About an hour later Dave from AIA called. He was able to give me an early morning appointment for an estimate, so I wouldn't miss work. I didn't hear from the other roofers until later in the week. |Since the house is 25 years old, Dave recommended a tile reset, which is taking off all of the tiles, putting down 2 sheets of roofing paper and laying the tiles on top. This saved me the expense of buying new tiles. | |Prior to them starting the job rain was predicted, so they covered the leaky parts of the roof with plastic. | |I was at work during most of the time of the reset, and Dave would send me daily updates with pictures. If I had any questions he was quick to respond. | |AIA wasn't the cheapest of the estimates that I got, but they have the best reputation and have been Number 1 on Angie's List for the last 10 Years. | |

Description of Work: They were right on both in responsiveness, communication and customer satisfaction with just enough close contact to keep the project moving smoothly. Their pricing was fair and competitive and there were no unexpected charges. I recommend them highly.

Description of Work: There was small leak from my roof during hard rain. They inspected my roof for leakage at the area where leak was. They didn't find anything wrong except that some tiles slipped down. They didn't charge me for visit and inspection.

Description of Work: Representative was prompt to inspect roof and provide estimate. Due to potential denial of my home insurance, the representative was able to schedule re-roofing within a few weeks. Both representative and staff doing the work were all very cordial and professional. Above It All Roofing, Inc., completed work per contract with the exception of the final clean up. Contract included daily clean up. However, debris and nails were left throughout front, side, and back yards. While the Representative was informed prior to the full payment being made, Representative indicated he would clean up or have someone clean. No one showed; hence, the reason for a B rating.

Description of Work: A two story house with a shake roof was replaced with a light weight tile. The shake was removed, debris was cleaned and swept at the end of the day. The termite wood was replaced and the plywood was put on and then the cement tiles. The job was completed in 3 days plus one extra day for a minor callback. It was a cracked tile replacement and some areas needed more coats of paint.

Description of Work: Stripped 30 year old concrete and sheathing from our 2 story 2800 sq ft house. Removed all trash. Replaced with ceramic roof tiles and sheathing in three days total.

Description of Work: IT WAS A SMALL REPAIR. WE HAD TERMITES. HE NEEDED TO PULL OFF THE ROOF, REPLACE THE FACE BOARD, AND REPLACE THE ROOF IN THAT AREA.
