We had Above it All come out to give an estimate on our roof after receiving 3 other estimates, and reading the great reviews on Angie's list. They were very competitive, and my husband immediately liked Scott, the salesman that came out to do the estimate. My husband is a plumber and can tell right off if he doesn't like someone, so that says a lot :) They were ready to do tear off on Tuesday, completed on Thursday, and it looks great. The owner, Mike, also was on site and talked to my husband about any concerns or issues, and everything went very smoothly. They don't collect payment until it is finished and signed off on, which is great, considering all the fraud you can encounter now. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again if we ever need roofing for any other homes. They also have a great warranty on their work, and Scott followed up with me to make sure we were satisfied. Great customer service!

The work was not done and will not be.

The crew started the job of removing all the old roof and clearing the area. They worked faithfully everyday and replaced,repaired, and cleared all the items to be removed. After each day they would clean the area before they left and would let me know each day when they were going. I would address different issues as they came up and each time Jay and his crew would listen and try to resolve each issue. I am very pleased with the final product and the workmanship that went into the project. I have a lifetime warranty on my new roof and 10yrs. on the workmanship. I know if there are any problems in the future I can call Above It All Roofing and they will be there. Thanks again to Jay and his crew for the great job they did. All the worked was completed on March 14,2014 and Jay came on the 15th to receive my payment and to give me my warranties. Great Company I would recommend them to anyone. All my neighbors have stopped by to tell me how great it looks and they are right.

Excellent. Beautiful job. Good cleanup. Friendly service. The city inspector said it was well done. The neighbor said it looks great. I am happy, at least until the first rains and we shall see.

Scott arrived at the scheduled time. He was professional and personable. After examining the fireplace and surrounding area, he went up on the roof to inspect it. Expecting the worst, I was pleasantly surprised when he came back in and told me the roof looked great. But why the leak? The torrential rain had been blown into the vent and gotten things wet, but there was no work or repair to be done. It was just Mother Nature. Thank you Scott and Above It All Roofing Co. I will definitely call you again if I have any other roofing issues, and will recommend you to my family and friends.

Roofers showed up on time, were polite and professional and identified the problem areas immediately. Finished up in a matter of hours what I had thought would take all day.

Overall the service was excellent. There was an issue with roofing nails that protruded through into the vaulted ceiling in the entryway, which perhaps could have been anticipated. However, Jay was very responsive to this issue and promptly arranged for the repair to the interior ceiling. The work area was kept very clean, with every effort made to pick up roofing nails and broken tiles at the end of each work day.

David and his team were very professional, kept the job site clean, and completed the job quickly. David answered any questions we had and was very honest, helpful, and friendly. Thank you!

I contacted three roofers from Angie's list, originally for a repair, but the consensus was I needed a whole new roof. Above It All was the least expensive proposal and the longest guarantee. Jay Gioia, the project foreman, was wonderful to work with and was ahead of the curve on every aspect (air conditioner & TV dish on roof, permits, etc,). When the need for new wood to replace the rotted under-wood became extreme, Jay gave me a wonderful discount not only on the unexpected discovery, but on the original quote! Jay did not demand any up-front money (the other two roofers did). Even when the job completion was delayed by two weeks due to the subcontractor skylite company (not Above It All's fault) Jay would not accept a penny in payment until the roof was 100% finished and I was completely satisfied. Would I use Above it All again? Yes----and I did ten days later! I was in need of broken roof tiles on a second propery and Jay got me an instant quote (75% less expensive than another I had received before) and the work was finished before the rain came! Mike (owner) has really put together a first-class company!!!! Thanks you guys....

Above-it-All roofing had reroofed our neighbors house several months before we were ready to have ours done. I contacted my neighbors and found they were very pleased with the quality of the work. Our goal was, as was our neighbors, was to have a roof that was attractive, reasonably priced, and above all leak free. I contacted Dave Brunn from Above-it-All and scheduled a meeting to assess our needs in a new roof. Dave was prompt, and very knowledgeable Our meeting went well, and we scheduled to job to be done in the following weeks. The work consisted of removing the existing roof, making necessary repairs, and then installing the new roof. The repairs included water and dry rot damage, insect damage, and the replacement of a large rafter that had broken under the weight of the existing roof. Dave estimated the job would take about a week. It could have taken longer, and would have, except Dave stayed on top of the job. As a result the various crews showing up on time, and went about their work quickly and efficiently. At the end of each day the crew cleaned up trash and disposed of it. The job was completed on time. It has been nearly a year since we had this work done. We have a roof that is attractive, and reasonably priced. Due to the current drought we have not experienced any heavy or severe rain to test for leaks, but we have had some strong winds. It is comforting not to hear shingles rattling or blowing off the house in the wind. We don't expect to have any leaks, but if by some chance that happens, Dave will be the first to know about it. Overall we are very pleased with our new roof .

I had a general inspector mention that I should have a roofing company check the roof before completing my purchase and so I called Above it All Roofing. On the day of the inspection, I got to the property 10 minutes before they were scheduled to be there only to find David and another gentlemen (sorry I forgot his name) already there and out of the car. They went on the roof and found no issues, which was somewhat embarrassing. My general inspector had me kind of worried about the roof but David said everything looked good. I am happy to save money, but I felt bad about using up their time. They were completely ok with it, they said it's just part of the job they do, and they seemed genuinely happy for me for the roof being in such good condition. If I ever see a leak or need a roof tile replaced, I'll call them again.

The experience I had with them was very positive. They did what they said they were going to do and the work was done fine. Their price was also fair for what I got.

Well my process was a lengthy one I obtained four bids from Angies List roofing contractors. I went with Above It All Roofing they were not the cheapest but there knowledge level and quality of products were leaps and bounds a head of the pack. The details of the job follows: Remove tile and install plywood and double layer of #30 underlayment plus replace dry rotted shiplap and facia. Additionally, I had a county permit pulled and six O'Hagan vents installed. This all included all pipe flashing, caps and drip edge as required and to the Chimney as well. The reason I selected Above It All Roofing was their quality of products and our project manager Scott. We are a military family and count on integrity and service before self... Scott has both and after sitting with him obtaining our quote along with several e-mail and calls we knew we found our company. We set the ball in motion and wouldn't you know it rain was in our forecast...Scott handled everything from safety down days due to weather to waterproofing out home...zero incidents and a roof up to code, we cant ask for much more...thanks Scott

We were selling our home and moving out of the area. After the home inspection we found that the roof needed some repairs before the close of escrow. We were moving out on 12/20. We called the office on the 18th and asked for an estimate. After explaining our time crunch Jay G came out later that same day (wow). He was extremely professional and very friendly. He arranged for his crew to start the next day and finished the morning of the 20th. They were very efficient. We really appreciated that they worked us in to their schedule before we left town. We would highly recommend Above It All Roofing.

I'd use them again. I made a mistake by asking asking them to use a product with which they weren't familiar. It almost went sideways, but to their credit they stuck with it and the results were satisfactory. If I were to do it again, I would have selected a product and supplier they've used before. I have no doubt that would have taken care of any issues I had.

The job was pushed back a day due to the weather. On the start date the crew was ready to work at 7:00 a.m. They started right way tearing off the old material and worked all day. The entire job took four days with minor touch ups on the fifth day. We had an old patio in the back yard which needed to be torn down since the eaves needed to be replaced. We were very fortunate that Scott Byrn agreed to tear it down AND haul away the old patio at no charge. We were even able to get rid of some other stuff we needed to scrap. On day one Scott had indicated that due to one of their trucks being at another job the trash was going to be left at the house. We didn't mind but the trash was also there the next day. We called Scott and he was very accommodating at the end when we finalized payment and apologized for what was left behind. There were some concerns we had after everything went up but he addressed them and everything was good. We liked the fact he took pictures of damage underneath the shingles and showed us what they needed to replace in addition to what was on the contract. We ultimately knew the price could go up after the roof was torn apart. Although they were the most expensive of the quotes we received we felt very comfortable with Scott therefore awarding the bid to Above It All Roofing Inc.

Entire process went smoothly. Spent almost the entire week on the project. All work was completed as contracted. Everyone we came in contact with was very professional. A couple of months after the work was completed high winds blew off the water heater vent cap. They replaced the vent cap for no charge. We would definitely use them again.

Above It All Roofing had re-roofed both my properties in Anaheim and Riverside this past summer. We had gotten bids from many roofers and Above it All gave me the best deal. Jay the project manager was very professional, responsive, and true to his word. Jay mentioned back in the summer that if a tile broke they would come out and replace it. Well? recently we had the trim of our house painted and sure enough the painters had broken a couple of the tiles. I contacted Jay and within the week he was able to get someone out here to replace the tiles at no charge. Above it All roofing has exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend! Thank You!

They answered the call on our first attempt and came out on a Saturday, to accommodate our work schedules. They inspected our roof and provided an estimate to fix a couple of leaks in our concrete tile roof. He took the time to explain what was needed now, and in the long-term, answering all of our questions and assuring us that our concrete tiles were in great shape and would not need to be replaced. They scheduled a time within the week for the repairs. But when rain was forecasted, they called us to see if they could come sooner, before the rain, to avoid further damage -- during Thanksgiving week! They were careful not to disturb the Christmas lights that we already had on the house -- not one was damaged! We truly appreciate the fine customer service and professionalism of everyone we encountered. They guarantee their work and told us to call if there were any concerns. The amount charged was the same as the estimate, and we would definitely call Above It All Roofing again and highly recommend them.

I contacted two roofers on Angie's and had them visit and quote for the work. Both were extremely professional (the other being Weatherline) and came quickly to inspect the job. Both quotes were eminently reasonable but we with Above it All Roofing for the detailed nature of the quote and the price economics. Our construction manager was Scott Logan and he was a real pro. I had anxiety about the job as I was travelling the entire time and did the arrangements via phone and email. Scott took me through the process with patience and candor and I was thoroughly relieved throughout the process by his professionalism. Once work commenced he kept me updated via mail, including sending jpegs of the work and progress and the (sad, but expected) discovery of dry rot. He checked with me first before doing the repair work that was not on the original quote and his price was more than fair. More jpegs followed and within about 3.5 days the roof was done. Again he sent photos and when I personally went to inspect the work (over Thanksgiving) I was entirely pleased by the result and the accuracy of the photos he had sent from the job site. Getting contract work done is an anxiety we all know, and it was double for me as I could not be there in person. Scott and the Above it All crew were exactly what I needed to help guide me through the process and the result is better than imagined. These guys are the bomb.

David was the project manager and everything went very smoothly. There was a situation with the neighbors having a bee infestations. David handed it very well. They finished on time and they cleaned up nicely. There were no problems.
