Jay Gioia came out promptly with one of his guys, gave me an estimate, scheduled the job for couple weeks later, kept in touch as date approached. Due to weather he contacted me and delayed for a day the start. No problem. Crew did a good job, cleaned up well. Jay contacted me during the job with a couple issues and we sorted it out easily. I think they were very fair and did a great job.

Work was high quality; workers were punctual; foreman was very responsive. Would definitely use again.

Original home builder crimped on quality for this production house. Other homes in the neighborhood are suffering the same challenges and require repairs or re-roof. After a bad experience with another company for a smaller segment roof repair we bit the bullet and made the decision we should have the the first time around: a re-roof was necessary.The quote from Jay at Above It All was acceptable. He was professional in demeanor, follow-up and staying involved as the work went on. Completion was on-time (in only three days!), supervised by Elio, a polite, attentive, and well-spoken team leader with over 14 years of roofing experience. Elio was quick to introduce and identify the longevity of each of his team, along with their many years of doing roof work. The last day was a frenzy of effort, as Jay and Elio decided to bring in extra workers to finish. Impressive. While the unknown costs of replacing dry-rotted fascia boards had to be left open in the quote until the work began, the team kept all damaged boards available for our inspection once removed. The overall dry rot repairs were very satisfactory and the costs were not excessive or surprising. We would highly recommend Above It All Roofing - you will be extremely satisfied.

Above It All Roofing team were very professional, fair, prompt, responsive, and really nice. We thought we might need some roof repair work. They did a complete review and inspection of our roof. They told us that we could probably go another 5 years with our current roof since there were no leaks. No high pressure sales - just helpful info about the various services they could provide and why they made sense when did need a roof repair. Clean-cut, articulate, smart guys - I was really impressed and highly recommend them!

Showed up on time every day when promised. Cleaned up every day. Was flexible where required and professionally replaced dry rot areas. Communication was frequent and the best ever experienced by homeowner when dealing with a contractor of any type. Worked every day and finished on schedule. No surprises in the pricing. Final price was same as price quoted. Would use this contractor again in an instant.

Above it all roofing did a fantastic job reroofing our house. The process was easy and efficient from the initial meeting to the final inspection they did a great job. They were patient and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. Their crew was punctual and clean. Finally even once the project was done they came back and made small adjustments as necessary. All in was very pleased with all aspects of the project.

They did an excellent job, and were also excellent at letting me know all the details of what to expect well before all the work began, along with a reminder call the day before and an update about the weather. They even did their best to work around my strange office hours. They cleaned up the job site every evening before they departed, which I really appreciated. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

i had slow drip in my living room from my skylight which appeared with the heavy December rains. Due to the rain, David was backed up 2 weeks in getting out to my house. When he did come out to look for a cause of the leak, he felt that it might be due to a bunch of leaves that had accumulated along the edge of the skylight on the roof. He removed those and told me to call him back if the drip came back the next time it rained. It did come back (on a Sunday...I called him and he answered the phone, saying he would come the next day to check it out). He followed that visit up with a visit by one of his roofing experts who confirmed that I would need to replace the flashing around the skylight. That would include installing 2 layers of felt. His quote also included replacing up to 20 tiles that were broken. I agreed to the work and told him there was no hurry since it was not a major leak. He called me about a week later saying the forecast was for rain the next Monday and he could come out the Saturday before to do the repair work since the upcoming rain would be a good test, and then I would not need to get the bucket out again. Let me say, that David and his crew always showed up on time and were very professional. The work was completed as promised and I had no more drips in my living room from the rain that actually did come on that Monday. David called me after the rain to check that the repair work was successful in fixing the leak. I am very pleased with David's professionalism, his desire to satisfy the customer and to make sure they get top value for their money, and that unneeded work is not done.

Not enough good things to say about this company. During the heaving rainfall in late winter 2014, I notice a small leak in my garage. I live in a 4,200 sf 2 story house that is about 20 years old. I got some estimates from some other companies, who said they could not exactly pinpoint the problem but offered some focal repairs vs. total repair. I then ran across this company on Angie's list, which was rated very high. I called, and within a few days, David Brunn came out and gave me some options on how to resolve the problem. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and clear about the choices I had. I chose the option of re-tiling my entire roof. Although they had a full schedule, I told him some parameters that I needed the repair done by and they were able to accommodate and get me in a little earlier due to my request. The crew came out as scheduled and did a fantastic job. They projected 3-4days, and it lasted 5 days due to weather and an underestimation of the sf of the repair. Hellio and his group did an incredible job, and they cleaned and vacuumed up everyday after they were finished. What I loved most about the service was that despite the longer than expected duration of the job, the larger than predicted sf, and the excess number of broken shingles they had to replace, they still charged me the same exact price as the projected price of the job. Plus I have a 10 year warranty on the job. It has still to rain yet, so I have yet to truly test the roof, but I am confident that the company would stand behind their warranty. I had called three different roofing companies, Above it all roofing. was the only company to call me back And set an appointment..Scott came out right on time a couple days later and check out our whole roof and said we had a couple of cracked tiles and a large piece of the concrete bridge That had broken off. He glued all three back together, and without even knowing we were from Angie's list he said no charge.. Scott said in a couple years we could probably use a roof tune up but we should be good till then....ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! In this day and age to find that kind of integrity, If you have a roof problem this is the place to go... Above It All Roofing did an outstanding job. They started on a Monday (Jan 5, 2015) and first they power washed the tile roof, removing 30 years of dirt. They then cleaned out the rain gutters. We were told this would take 4-5 days to pull off the tile, repaper and reinstall the old tiles. The job was done by Wednesday afternoon, January 7, 2015. Keep in mind they removed all of the tiles, removed the old (what was left) felt paper, replaced some facia boards and clap boards, layed down two layers of 30-lb felt paper, re-installed the tiles, and cleaned up the place; all in 3 days. Some of the tiles were cracked or damaged during removal. Above It All Roofing replaced those tiles, and placed them in areas so that they could not be seen from the street (these tiles looked newer than the tiles we already had) Now, if there is a down side, it centers on the dirt from the roof after it has been power washed. We essentially had to sweep and wash down our pool area our patio areas, our walk ways, and drive way to get the sand and grit out of the yards. But, hey the whole job came out great. The roof looks new and we have had lots of compliments from the neighborhood. Also no more roof leaks !!

They were efficient and got the job done. They were professional but not very friendly. They arrived on time and cleaned the area well. I am pleased with the work.

The quote started for less but they did warn us that there would be extra costs when the roof was opened up. They were quick to demo the roof and replace it. I liked the responsiveness of the crew and how easy the process was. It's a lot of money to spend on a roof but after we compared prices- they seemed to be average on price.

Communication with Above It All was good. They used an answering service for incoming calls but they followed up with a call back to us in a reasonable timeframe. I believe I dealt with Jay. He was easy to understand and answered any question I had for him. The day of the tune-up he and the crew arrived right on time, and may have even been a few minutes early but not too early. The crew was up on the roof and at work very quickly. They completed at least the following work within 3-4 hours: Realigned Spanish tiles Replaced broken tiles Repaired broken attic wall boards at pitched to flat roof transition Inspected all flashing. Fixed and resealed flashing that needed it. Examples, pitched to flat roof transition, fireplace, and sky lights. Inspected all vent tubes. Fixed and resealed any that needed it. Removed previous owner's OLD satellite dish and resealed holes This was my first experience in the area with a roofer. Above It All Roofing made the process painless. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

David and his crew delivered as promised. They arrived on time every day and finished the project on schedule. They did a complete tile reset and repaired previous damage. The new roof looks great and should last a very long time. His workers were punctual and respectful of the property. David was readily available for any questions that I had. David was very professional and appeared to know what he was talking about. Asked for repair to three areas of our tile roof. The estimate came back at $10,000 which was "out of line" with the work proposed. Two other companies bid on the exact work and came in considerably lower. We selected another company and the cost was $2,500. The work has now been completed and we could not be happier. Not ceretain why the estimate was so high?

Noticed paint bubbling up over a large area in our entryway...the last thing I wanted to deal with just before the holidays. As the area experienced heavy rainfall, I figured it would be tough to get quickly get someone out to take a look. The first vendor said it would be at least a week before he could come by, and he couldn't even commit to a date. I next called Above it All and spoke to Jay. Jay was able to come by the next day and quickly turned around a quote that I deemed reasonable. Alejandro and team showed up the following week and in about 3 hours repaired the cricket which was the main issue and also cleared some blockages elsewhere on the roof. Two days later we had additional rainfall and the work held up without issue. Was very impressed with Jay's responsiveness and Alejandro's work...would definitely utilize their services again and recommend without hesitation.

The roofing project went better than expected and we couldn't be happier with the Above it all Roofing team. We're newbies in the contracting world and were a bit apprehensive when we started our search for someone to reroof our home. This was our first big project and we were worried about getting what we wanted without some of the problems you hear about "bad" contractors or projects. We had four contractors come out - three well-rated from Angies List and one from Home Depot. The Angies List contractors were all in the same $10K to $11K price range. Home Depot was about $5K more. From the start, we felt very comfortable with Dave Brunn Of the three Angies List contractors, we choose Above it all based on their detailed presentation, their over 200 positive reviews, and what we thought (and later confirmed) was an outstanding knowledge of roofing from our sales rep/project manager

We meant with the President, Michael and his Associate, David at our home. They explained to us that it was the "paper" underneath that was failing - and that we would continue to have problems with other leaks if we repaired just the current leak. We were impressed with their professionalism and their willingness to answer all of our questions. We signed a contract and as they were diluged with business because of the recent rains - our start date was approximately two weeks away. Before our start date, the weather report was for some more heavy rain. We called on a Friday voicing concern that there might be more damage. David came out that afternoon and placed heavy plastic over that area, anchoring it with bricks we had borrowed from a neighbor. That night at 3 A.M. we were awakened by a noise of the bricks being displaced and moving by the exceptionally strong winds and rain. We went out in the pouring rain and saw that the plastic protection had been blown partially off. We were concerned about more damage being done, so I called Above It All's telephone number and to our amazement they actually had an answering service. I told the gentleman the problem and our concerns and he said he would forward it on. They sent a supervisor, Alejandro,. out at 6 am that Saturday morning in the pouring rain and wind and he got up on the roof and resecured all and then gave us his personal cell number, and said he didn't live far away & would come over on the weekend if we had any more problems. And he was not even the Supervisor of our job, but needless to say we were most impressed with company's responsiveness. When the job started David with there several times each day to assure all with going well. He is a perfectionist, wanted the job done right and we think it was. He was also very nice and pleasant to work with even coming to our home several times, when he was on vacation, camping on the beach with his family for the holidays to make sure all was going well and to our satisfaction. His on-site Supervisor, Elito, and has crew were on time each morning, they were very professional and hard-working the entire day. It was definetely a crew that took pride in doing a good job. They also cleaned up at the end of each day, making sure that any debris was placed in the on-site dumpster and blowing/sweeping the patios before leaving each day. When they were finished, they walked the job to make sure all was completed. Later, when we found a few minor, paint scrappings, etc. Davd and the entire crew came back. Our old tile had been had been discontinued and Mike and David were able to find some at a "tile graveyard" and purchased what was there for our job, knowing it would not be found elsewhere. There were some tiles left and the crew, was nice enough to carry and stack them in an outside shed. It is unusual these days to find a company and it's employees that actually put customer service first and have pride in doing a good job - and work hard to accomplish that goal.

I contacted Above It All Roofing days before Christmas to repair my leaking roof. Like many roofers, they were busy but got me an estimate and into their schedule and completed the job within 5 days. Communication was easy via phone and email since I was not available at the location. Scott was a pleasure to deal with.

All work was completed as scheduled. Remodel of garage was perfect. The rain water runs off the front of the garage as promised. Clean up was beautiful after each days' work. The owner was on the premises each day to coordinate the work. Great company to work with on roofing.
