3 Day Blinds

The sales rep was very nice. We don't have the blinds yet. He said it would take 3 to 4 weeks. I was hoping I could get them sooner. They have a lot of samples to pick from. Elizabeth R.

They were quick they were fast I like them will use them again and will recommend them.

There was some confusion in customer service where my account was closed and they had not installed my shutters yet. I had to wait for another appointment to have my shutters installed. However, the person who did install my shutter was very nice and professional and the work was very good.

Our design consultant spent several hours with us and provided professional help picking out electric roller shades for three windows and one sliding glass door. We shared that we were in a rush due to an upcoming vacation. She shared that things were a bit slower due to COVID. We paid over $2000 which was 50% of our order. Three weeks later, I called for an update since I had heard nothing. Our design consultant did some research and found our fabric was no longer available. We scheduled another visit to pick another fabric. She informed us that the new fabric was being phased out but she had verified there was enough left to make our blinds. Two weeks later, I contacted her and she did some research and found that there was not enough fabric to complete our order. At this point, we decided to cancel. Our consultant told us she would send an email to get our refund. A week and a half later, we had no refund and no communication. I contacted her again. She said she would resend the email requesting a refund. A week after that, we still had no refund and no communication, so I called the corporate number. Corporate said they had not received a request for refund. Our case manager said it would take 7-10 business days to mail us our refund check and refused to credit our account directly. When I shared my full disappointment with this issue and reminded her that the company had been holding over $2000 of my money over 8 weeks, she checked with another department and expedited a check within two days. The case manager was helpful, but the company is poorly managed and does not communicate regarding order status and fabric availability. I chose this company because I needed the window coverings quickly and I had used them years ago. If I had not called several times to check, I would still be waiting after two months. DO NOT use this business.

They came in and measured my opening and gave me several options to choose from. The installation was fast and done professionally.

I love my blinds, high quality, expensive but worth it . Hired them again this year to do the rest of my windows. Responsive, great customer service best of all extremely high quality blinds

Peter was a great professional consultant. We had never had to decide on window coverings for an entire house before. He gave us great suggestions, was able to hear our concerns and work them to make the process less daunting. Very personable and professional.

I've never purchased custom blinds before so I didn't quite know what it would cost. My wife and I purchased 15 custom shades (top-down bottom-up) and the total came in around the $4K mark. The sales consultant was very transparent with cost and helped us work through options and explained the outcome. She even gave us general interior design assistance and looked at carpet samples when that contractor arrived! There was an ordering issue for five of our windows. Once identified it didn't take more than a few hours to find a solution. They ended up re-ordering (rush delivery) the correct coverings and even though we technically paid less than we should have the company honored our original quote. It wasn't seamless but their service showed when things went wrong and that's what I'd expect. I'd hire them again.

Easy to set up an appointment. Custom blinds were great. A little pricey, but the blinds are all custom so it’s worth it in the end. Love the convenience of someone coming to your home and bringing samples instead of going to the store and having to guess at what might work.
