I spent over $6,000 dollars on draperies for a bedroom window. The problem started with the installation of my drapes once they came in, I could not get the installation company LA JC Installtions to answer a phone to make an appointment. Once my drapes came in it took almost two months to get the installer out. When he installed them he told me to leave them closed so the pleats straightened out. It turns out he measured wrong and the drapes wrap around the pull cords. He was supposed to install new pull cords but did not. I can hardly pull the drapes. I cannot get anyone to answer emails, phone calls, or a letter to the corporate office. I have been trying for a month! Today I was on a customer care phone call for over 40 minutes waiting. I finally left my call-back number and am still waiting, going on hour two. Use this company at your own risk; call customer care and see how you are treated for a repair to an existing order. I do not know how they are in business for draperies.

I paid for my shutters when they said they could take care of my project only for them to call me back a week later to let me know we would have to make changes. This was once the check had been processed.

Great experience. They were up front about the delivery times, details, and installation costs. I felt in good hands when I was working with them.

Terrible company. I ordered blinds for three skylights, but one of the skylights was improperly measured and the blinds didn't fit. The installer said the company would reach out and fix, but no one has. It's been impossible to reach any customer service. Avoid the terrible customer service and shop elsewhere.

I have been a long time client and they havegenerally been good at service in the past. Now however, they have clearly bitten off more than they can chew with high volume but lots of employee turnover. One can not get through to anyone live by phone, e-mails for service and order requests go un-returned for weeks. The sales person can only apologize and state that everything past the initial sale is out of her control. My specific issue is that they miss-measured and only installed a temporary blind as a result. Thus far,3 DAY Blinds has taken over 3 WEEKS at replacement and I can not get through to anyone to help. The sales person will not get involved and infers not my problem. My advice is to steer clear with this has been company. There are better options out there.

I dealt with Faye DeCesaris, she was very professional. She helped me pick the the perfect shades. They were installed a week ago and I love them.

I enjoyed everything about the process except the price. I thought it was way too much for the job. I have to say though, that I was pleased with the outcome/finished product and the contractor went above and beyond. He was very pleasant to work with as was the salesperson.

It was WONDERFUL ! So easy to talk to, YOU tell them what YOU want......they give you the pros and cons, so YOU Can make the best decision.

Absolutely horrendous. They mis-measured the window treatments and shipped a solution that was 1/2 the size it needed to be. Upon install, 5 of the 7 items were missing on the project. 2 additional months were added to the timeline. When they finally came and corrected everything, they did not refund the amount for the initial incorrect materials even though the sales reps stated in writing they would, their invoice showed a credit due, and they took the materials back!!! AMEX is disputing the charge and I'll take them to court if I need to to get my money back. Stay away from this company.

Very easy to work with and installation when well. Took a while to get the chargers for the motor batteries but they did arrived. A bit pricey but good quality.

Efficient and reliable sales people

Initial phone call to me didn’t go well since they didn’t follow through. I waited and contacted them for an appointment ~2weeks later. This went like clockwork after that point. My appointment was when I needed, designer contacted me and arrived in time. She provided a thorough description of process & warranty. Marianne even Incorporated a design perspective to help me update my home.
