3 Day Blinds

The sales rep who came to the house was incredibly helpful, professional and overall terrific to work with. She knew exactly which product I needed.

I was over charged for what I ordered. The sales lady was in such a hurry to get a sale she missed a problem with the covers she recommended. I did not have them installed but they are trying to keep the $920 that I paid for them. I am now fighting to get my money back. VERY BAD experience.

The person installing the shutters was very professional. Cleaned up after himself. I would work with him again if necessary.

The name of the company is misleading. They should call themselves 2 week blinds. I ordered blinds for one window, shutters for other windows. From time of placing order to time of installation for the BLINDS it took two weeks. The shutters take 6-8 weeks. It's not the end of the world that I didn't get my blinds in 3 days. But with a name lik 3 day blinds I don't think I was expecting too much by assuming they'd be installed within say a week. My order was very simple, basic, and only for one window. I'd say doing biz under that name constitutes false advertising of their services.

Not Professional

The blinds have not been installed yet, but Kerry, the sales representative, spent hours with us, matching colors, giving advice and was tremendously helpful. 5 stars for him! Not really right of me to rate the quality etc until after the job is completed.

Fast & painless

I did not like having the parts shipped to me.but I have had other companies bring everything and install but this project was small so not much to store..the consultant was very helpful to me
