3 Day Blinds

I had both good and bad experiences with 3 Day Blinds. I was able to get an appointment within two days, and the Design Consultant who came to my condo - Stephen F. - was fantastic. He was very patient with us and we loved his recommendations. I purchased two sets of blinds, and when the installer came to install them, one of the sets was the wrong dimensions. The installer said it was a manufacturer error and that he would notify 3 Day Blinds, who would contact me to schedule a new installation date. I heard nothing. About a week went by, and I finally called them. The customer service person typed my name in and saw that there was an error in my order. The person said that she would expedite a re-order for me, and that someone would be contacting me in one or two days to schedule the install. Again, I heard nothing. A few days later, I called them again, and they said my order was ready and that they could install the blinds in a day or two. I really liked the end product, but they could have been more responsive/communicative, especially since they are the ones that screwed up my order in the first place. I probably won't purchase from them again.

Took a lot of time with me for in-home consultation. I love the Roller blinds. Have some concerns about the Roman shades. Excellent installation crew.

The agent who came to our house, Coleen Buckley, was very professional and knowledgeable. Very informative.

While they were a little more expensive than some of the other companies, I am very pleased with their blinds and service. After the glass door shades were completed, I hired them again to make and install shades for every window in the house.

Great service

The deisgner and installer were prompt, courteous and helpful. We were very happy with both of them. The rollers we purchased are fantastic but we don't "love" the blinds. Put simply, they look a little cheap. Other than that, we were very happy with the service.

After not being able to be helped by Home Depot and getting the runaround from them, 3 Day Blinds came in on my schedule and assisted. Was very happy!

The 3 Day Blinds sales person,Bobby Scott was prompt,efficient and knowledgeable. He explained the production, product composition and installation process. Bobby also explained the financing process and completed the application during the consultation visit. I was impressed with the efficiency of the process and would highly recommend this company to family and friends.

the installer was excellent. The sales rep awful - disrespectful of my home, crass. When measuring a window, she broke the top of an existing blind, then said it was borken before she got there. She put her sample book on my table, opened it and crushed the centerpiece without comment. I only ordered because I had to get the work done. I would NEVER want her in my house again.
