3 Day Blinds

There was some discrepancy between what I ordered and what was installed. I contacted customer service and they admitted there was a miscommunication. I understood what caused the discrepancy and they issued a $25 gift certificate as good will.

Great service. Renae spent time explaining everything. I made my selections and they were installed by John. He also spent time showing me how things worked. I love my new blinds and shade.

The set up was excellent. The installation date is yet to come.

Tim was very professional and meticulous, and showed us the many styles. He did all the measurements and I wouldn't have a problem bringing him back again. I would recommend them to anyone I know.

This company offers a wide selection of window coverings. The styling consultant sat with me for a good chunk of time and went over different options, asked lots of questions about what I wanted, offered suggestions based on other customers’ purchases, and brought in samples to see exactly what different styles would look like in my home. I purchased a couple different styles, but my favorite are the wood shutters. It took several months for them to arrive, but the consultant told me that ahead of time. I’m happy with the service and installation I received, and I’d recommend them to others.

I was supposed to get them on or before 5/31/18 and they were installed on 6/10. The installer was great and fast and efficient. And I love them.

Amazing in-home consultation and service. It did take awhile for the blinds to arrive but outside of that we were highly pleased with our experience.

I had a bad time with 3day blinds. I picked an expensive custom shutter in wood with many expensive options such as hidden tilt and narrow louvers. This was a $1500 shutter -- one shutter, made by Norman Sussex line, a top brand. Yet, then they took away my custom choices the sales person had written up and had me sign for. Not my louver choice, no sill molding, not one movement for all louvers at once despite getting expensive tilt option. I made all this clear at the sales appointment in my home. Had to just scream to get them to send the installer to fix the fixable flaws, and he proved to be just impossible and wouldn't do anything. I couldn't even get my paid invoice from them until I just pitched a fit! They know they got this wrong; they know I'm right. Finally, yesterday, the company grudgingly provided the paid invoice and a $200 refund to my credit card. I like my shutter, but a custom shutter should be delivered as ordered, and with no problems and certainly with willing fix for what's wrong. They didn't even cover the drill holes in the shutter mounting -- no caps provided, something even the cheapest IKEA furniture provides. I'm so fed up! Never again . I think this writing up of custom options and then saying, "You can't have that" is pretty close to deception. And everyone at 3day blinds and Norman just kept passing me back and forth. I stuck with it though, like a woman scorned "hell hath no fury" and I got at least something besides the run around.

Sales was awesome - installer was in and out like a flash. The prices seemed on the high side which is why I had to shorten my order of what I needed but I was very happy with what I did order.

Easy to do business with - blinds arrived & installed earlier than expected. Very satisfied.

Material and installation excellent. Over priced, but they had the paisley material we wanted. Basically they contract demanded all money up front prior to installation. The contract does not conform to the UCC and would be overturned in court if it came to it. Use a credit card in case you got to dispute the transaction. We ended up having to buy more drapes to get the look we wanted and move the roman shades to another bedroom. The first set of drapes were combined with a roman shade in the master bedroom. It did not look right and did not block the sun which was our requirement. Review everything. However, we are happy with the finished product. But not the hoops we had to jump through. I would imagine this company suffers from a lot of buyers remorse.
