Sales and installation are completely different companies. The installation folk I would give 10 stars. Sales was pushy and when I called back to request a change, there was zero attempt to accommodate. It was the installers who said my change request was simple and they helped immediately.

I hired them for five windows in 2015 and had them back this year. It was expensive but I wanted the additional windows shades to match and I was confident that they would do a good job installing. It's taking a few weeks instead of 3 Days.

This is a terrible company and I would never hire them again. Even though I have paid for drapes in full, it has been months and my drapes are still not installed. I am in the middle of a dispute over quality of product, misrepresentations by salesperson, damage caused by their independent contractor installer. I am dealing with the main office in Irvine and the customer service is horrible. I have filed a complaint with the BBB.

Jane was great! She listened to my ideas, brought many samples, made helpful suggestions and got everything ordered while still at my house. They shipped directly to the installer who is scheduled for installation tomorrow.
