3 Day Blinds

Theres no one to actually contact by phone with this company. They only have support through email and quite tardy in getting back. 3-Day Blinds should be renamed Possibly 3 Month Blinds.

How can I rate quality and value of dollar when they haven’t been installed yet??

3 Day Blinds as a company was extremely efficient with very good customer service. The only issue we ran into is they outsource the actual installation. This third party company had to come out a second time due to a faulty cord for one of the shades within 2wks of installation. But things were corrected promptly and we were overall satisfied with our purchase.

Many options to choose from, promotional products mentioned, install was fast and installer was professional.

There designer was fantastic and helped us pick out exactly what we needed. The price was reasonable and the installation was easy, quick and perfect.

Barb answered all of my questions and shared her opinions of my project which I greatly appreciated. Kent did a great job installing.

The fellow who visited our house and worked out the curtain order was great! Knowledgeable and aware of lead times, he put together an order for 14 rooms with 4 color schemes both my husband and I liked, that carried a similar color balance through the house but had a different feel for the living room & dining room than for the bedrooms and again different for the bathrooms and the library. There were a detail or two that required a second visit, but It all got done within a month and the installers were very careful with all our furniture that was not always as out of there way as we had hoped to make it.

They were great!

Excellent service blinds arrived quicker than expected. One blind came in the wrong color , the representative quickly ordered a replacement and the whole process will take less than a week.

They have not done the install yet.

The free consult was very helpful; I found there was a lot I hadn't taken into account. I took off one star because I intentionally skipped the step of comparing prices. When I like a company, I tend to just bring them in immediately. The cost was more than I had anticipated, but a lower cost would no doubt be less quality. And these blinds (honeycomb) are fantastic. The man who installed them was done before I actually knew he had started, well not quit that quick, but not as long as I had assumed. He really what he was doing. Everyone complements them.
