I highly recommend them. He was very good at explaining what they were gonna do and how long it would take. It was all done in a timely manner. They were pretty good at cleaning up as well. Very Professional!

They came out and gave me my estimate. I was really pleased. I changed my concept twice they came back out with no problem gave me another great estimate. Within a few days they were there early in the morning preparing prepping the area pouring the concrete. It was done in one day looks fantastic. They hauled away and cleaned up. They came back the next morning and made sure the job was done it looks beautiful. I would definitely hire him back again. Infact we are next month.

Work was done incorrectly and didn’t finish! 1.Inoke from this company took my money and then didn’t do the right work! 2.I tried to communicate with him to ask him to fix the issue,but he didn’t not listen! 3.He started to ask for more money after the contract signed and I gave him the money to buy concrete! 4.He kept asking me to take he and another guy to lunch! 5.He kept changing planned days! 6.He took the money and left without finishing the project! 7.He doesn’t know how to do concrete work at all!

Awesome. I was impressed from beginning to end. Got several estimates from companies I found on Angi’s. Most were hard sell and very agressive. Inoke from Top Concrete Design never pressured me and gave me one of the most competitive prices. He delivered everything he said he would and more. Super easy to work with and trustworthy. I will definitively use him again for other projects. I’ve only been in LA a couple of years, but I find a lot of business are into the hard sell like buying a used car. Inoke and Top Concrete Design are NOT like that. I recommend without reservation. I was at peace the entire process and the result is awesome!!! 💯

Very bad outcome. Inoke was nice and easy going. All was good until the day of pouring the cement. Then it became a nightmare. The stamping was done without any definition and with cement roughness that looked really bad. I wish I can show pictures. They were 3 trucks of cement but the third one was a different color. There were cracks after 2 weeks. There were many issues. The worst part is that Inoke refused to respond to any of my attempts to contact him. This is my first time ever writing a review to anyone who worked for me,but I had no choice since the company did not answer to the many messages I left.

Contractor is not responsive. Asked for plans, sent him the plans. He said he would go through it and get back to me. he did not. I contacted him again after 2 weeks. He did not remember me, and not responding back on my text messages.

Showed up on time and work was done in 2 days. Project looks good. Will hire again for future projects

Inoke from Top Concrete Design did an excellent job on my project. He power washed the paint off of my patio wall, then stuccoed it, then painted it. It looks fantastic! He also poured a 10 x 10 area of concrete in an area adjacent to my patio floor, installing a drain and drainage pipe, as well. Finally, he resurfaced the existing concrete patio floor, painted it and sealed it. Inoke was professional, flexible, informative and kept me apprised of the production schedule.
