+ -1 moreI run a consulting business and we have a small conference room with some AV Gear. I plugged in an Xbox for my son so he could play video games when he hung out with me after school. Once I did so however, our office manager was having some trouble trying to get the TV on so she could watch her TV shows at Lunch. She kept complaining that there were too many remotes and the system was too complicated to use. Of course it took up my time to show her how to use it each time so I decided another solution had to be found. Thus, I researched Universal remotes on Google and came across TechEase. I paid for the Installed remote option on their website. As soon as I did, I got a call from them to schedule the installation appointment. The Technician who came (I think his name was Dan), was very nice and he and the other Tech arrived on time. The appointment took about 3 hours and they made sure to clean up afterwards. I will definitely be using them again!

+ -1 moreThey were great!! The Installers very very nice-- I think their names were Dan and Mario. Anyway, they showed up on time with the sound bar, mounted it below our TV, connected it and showed us how it worked. We paid for the install on the website before they came. I was a little skeptical about this, but they called us immediately after we purchased and setup the install appointment the next day. I thought for sure there would be extra charges and stuff for the install, but once they were done they had me sign some stuff saying everything was good and that was it!!
Description of Work: We had TechEase install a sound bar for us below our TV in the Master Bedroom
