Stain Out Carpet Cleaning

HOORAY! Finally............. I have had my carpet cleaned every 6 months for the last 3 years, I have 2 cats and a dog smh. Anyway they tend to make a mess of it pretty frequently and thoroughly between cleanings. At first I had a great carpet guy he was with us for a year or so and the he just quit, left me kinda hanging cause he was a good guy I loved him. But gone he was so I call COIT worst call I had ever made left my carpet smelling mildew and left visible stains after I was upsold on the special service total cost was $278. I vowed to get revenge so next time I needed service I called the big boys STANLEY STEEMER and what a disappointment showed up late and carpet dried two days later complaint line was long hold and no result discount on next service like I would ever call them again. Finally I met Davonn Marquis @ Stainout and he promised they could remove all stains and add protectant so cleanings last longer and stronger. Sketchy at first but what did I have to loose I already tried all of the repeatable carpet cleaning companies so I gave him a try and to my Relief he did as he promised the showed up on time and most professional. They work detailed and removed stains as well as show me things to keep my floor in better condition. Overall STAINOUT is the best I was so pleased with these guys I had to write this review they are a new company but those guys no their stuff CONGRAGULATIONS STAINOUT!
