No Limits Plumbing

This is a follow-up to my prior comments re. this company. We finally received the toilet and Rudy came to install it. Again, showed up on time. What a great guy! After removing the old toilet he graciously gave me the time to scrub the area where the prior toilet had been, making for a better seal for the new one AND making ME feel a lot better about the cleanliness of the area. I cannot say enough good things about this gentleman and his company., I don't believe he has a dishonest bone in his body. As I stated on my comment prior to his even DOING any work at the house, he did a lot of leg work to be sure that I was correct re. the information that I had on this particular toilet. Other plumbers simply looked online, he took the time to make calls. His company is one that really listens and performs to a client's wishes.

This review is just about the work he did without doing the actual job. That will come later and I will provide a review, although I expect it will be stellar. After going thru plumber after plumber after plumber (literally) just to order a toilet (REALLY? Is it that hard?) I called Rudy's company. His receptionist said he was out and would call me at around 4pm, which he did. I gave him the brand and model # of the toilet, the place where I got the quote, and the quoted amount. He called me back w/i 15mins. with the info. that he had gotten the quote that I had been given prior. The other three plumbers either didn't care to spend the time calling the supplier or got quotes over $100. higher. I asked him to please order the toilet. I have never met nor seen this man, but he is my hero. I have been trying to order this toilet since the 16th of this month. Since I don't have a contractor's lisc. I couldn't do it on my own. How EASY it was with Rudy!! At this point I recommend that ANYONE with plumbing issues that don't seem easy to solve to call his company. His receptionist, Yvonne, was very pleasant, too. K

The company first send a technician over but he does not seem very knowledgeable. But later they send a supervisor over and he break the wall and fixed the leak very nicely and quickly. This is a tough job because there were 2 2 by 4 right next to the pipe. But he did a good job. The cost was covered under home warranty. I was happy.

I had a similar repair done on the riser pipe near my gas meter last year. That job cost $415, but I didn't care because it was being covered by the gas company. So, when I discovered this riser was leaking, I called the same plumber. That plumber has been doing work for me for 7 years. Well, they quoted $585!! From $415 - $585?? I asked around and got a very strong referral to Rudy Casillas. Rudy was able to do the same job for $250, less than half the other company's bid. He was on time, super friendly and communicative, very knowledgeable about the job, cleaned up all the dirt near the repair, and overall, provided excellent service. I will most likely now use Rudy in the future for all my plumbing needs.

They are good. They were on time, considerate and clean. They sent a very nice guy. He is a good communicator. If he is going to be late he calls and tells you. I really appreciate that. He does good work. He was responsive to all my questions. We had a question about a part and he called the manufacturer. We got that replaced at no cost. He did not charge me for the first trip and he came back and installed it when the part came in. He was familiar with the problem from previous experience. He knew exactly what we needed. It was great. His prices are right there with other quotes we have received in the past.

I called them late (4:00 PM) on a week day based on seeing them on Angie's list. I had waited all day for a return call from the Plumber that I used for years. They were responsive and showed up as soon as their schedule allowed exactly at the time which they promised. They wore uniforms and also used shoe covers each time they entered the house which was a nice touch that indicated an attention detail. The two employees were efficient and thorough and they replaced washers on two other valves which were not in question- they said that their policy was to avoid having a second problem with the fixture that they were called out to fix. The only negative that I can recall is that there was no forewarning that this service would be charged at a premium price because it went into what they considered to be overtime. They cleaned up the area when they finished. I was pleased with their work and I will use them again. However, this time I will ask about costs up front!

All of the work was excellent and it went much quicker than expected. He showed up, I pointed him to the problems and he started work right away. He was friendly and had a sense of urgency. He did the job right. He had to leave to get a new part and was back without delay. He is professional, personable, and the type of contractor you wish all contractors were. I highly recommend him and his staff for all plumbing and general contracting.
