Primo has always been our go to guy for plumbing and he was referred to me by my realtor who LOVES him and uses him on a regular basis. Primo has done TONS of work for us and has always been very fair, honest, reasonable, and easy to reach I was slackjawed to see the bad review below and realize that the reviewer is truly off base it seems giving him an F for not taking credit cards and just taking checks. It is CLEARLY stated in his description that checks are all he takes, which is FINE--his work is great. Apparently he diagnosed that person's problem well and took care of them but there only beef was that he doesnt take checks--so what? Primo is about to install a tankless water heater for me as well. VERY GOOD GUY! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Returned On Monday, 2-11-13 at 10:15 AM. Primitivo left the workers here and returned at 2:45 PM. He informed us that the cost of replacing the pipes was $1,600.00. He needed a personal check for the amount. His company did not accept credit cards, needless to say, he will never do any work for us, family, or friends.

It was a sunday evening, which usually means service calls cost more since most companies are closed. I found Primo on Angie's List, made the call, and had my work completed within 4 hours. He knew exactly what to do to solve the problem, and did it quickly and professionally, and with better materials than the ones he replaced. He even added some brackets to secure the pipe he replaced to prevent the incident from occurring again.

Primo came out last minute to fix a blocked tub that was not working -- our only tub in the house to bathe the kids and shower in. His attitude was "NO PROBLEM!" and he was out in a flash! We have used him NUMEROUS times before and he is great--TOTALLY HONEST AS WELL!

Impressed with Primo's professionalism, punctuality, and willingness to go the extra mile - he came to see our sink on a Saturday night on a moment's notice, with no extra charge. Great work, and a pleasure to deal with. We'll definitely use him again.

Primo is someone that we use for ALL of our plumbing needs. He found BETTER and CHEAPER ways to fix a problem and is basically the nicest and most honest person in the world. PRINCIPLE is something he lives by. NO ONE touches our plumbing except Primo at New Age!

This note is long overdue because of the REPEATED great service I get from New Age plumbing. Primo, the owner, was referred to me by my real estate agent who is very particular with whom she uses and he does all of her plumbing and has recommended him to numerous clients and always done great. For us, he redid our entire house with with extreme caution to ensure that our craftsman style home was minimally effected visually and did a great job on all of it. He is honest, reliable, and will tell you when you DON'T need things done (when others would push to do unnecessary work). Over Christmas, we had a blockage in the house prior to him even doing the main redo of the copper plumbing and we called him upset and concerned. FROM HIS OWN CHRISTMAS PARTY he stayed on the phone with me for 30 minutes talking me through the problem until they could come fix it! I rarely brag about a company but because Primo and New Age are so good we have NO ONE touch our plumbing except him. I am happy to provide a GREAT reference for him...

Primo is my regular plumber. I have several properties and have frequent emergencies, and he is always prompt, unlike other plumbers I've dealt with. Recently I had a leaking hot water heater and he came out on a Sunday, in the morning, in uniform! He also fixed a broken sewer line for me. I do not have to call him twice. He takes care of it. I also like that he sends a self-addressed envelope with his bills.
