+ -1 moreThings went well at first. They were prompt, reliable and trustworthy. Then they began to not show up on our regularly scheduled cleaning days. Then, entire cleaning cycles were skipped. I could not tell when or if our house would be cleaned.
Description of Work: They did general housecleaning: dusting, vacuuming and scrubbing.

+ -1 moreEVERY ONE OF THE GIRLS THAT THEY HAVE SENT ME HAS BEEN NICE. IF I WANTED SOMETHING THE WAY I WANTED DONE THEN THEY ASK YOU. THEY BROUGHT THEIR OWN EQUIPMENT.
Description of Work: THEY CLEAN THE STOVE, REFRIGERATOR, ALL OF THE SHUTTERS AND THEY VACUUM. THEY HAND POLISH AND DUST ALL OF THE FURNITURE.

+ -1 moreI THOUGHT IT WAS VERY GOOD AND VERY THOROUGH. THE QUALITY WAS VERY HIGH. THEY DID VERY THOROUGH WORK. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL CLEANERS.

+ -1 moreTHEY'RE FINE. I AM SURE WE'D HIRE THEM AGAIN. WE DIDN'T HAVE ANY PROBLEMS. THERE WERE FEW ITEMS THAT DIDN'T GET PUT BACK IN THE SAME PLACE, BUT THEY WOULD NOT HAVE KNOW WHERE TO PUT THEM.
Description of Work: IT WAS BASIC CLEAN UP LIKE CLEANING COUNTERS, MOPPING FLOORS, CLEANING THE BATHROOM, VACUUMING, TIDYING UP, AND GENERAL CLEANING.

+ -1 moreTHEY DO DUSTING AND CHANGE THE SHEETS. THEY ARE HONEST, YOU CAN LET THEM IN YOUR HOUSE AND THEY WON'T TAKE ANYTHING. IT IS USUALLY THE SAME PERSON AND SHE DOES A GOOD JOB.
