+ -1 moreHe was very polite & helpful. He was very good at explaining things & did not take advantage of our obvious ignorance. He completed the work the same day, at the time he indicated.
Description of Work: Our cleaning service indicated that our vacuum cleaner was having belt problems, so we took it in. He pointed out that it was a belt-less vacuum & that the problem was a setting that had gotten toggled on the vacuum. He cleaned the vacuum out for us.

+ -1 moreHe was friendly, one man shop, and he gives you a 30 day guarantee. I'll be back if I have any other problems.
Description of Work: The suction on the vacuum was not working. He looked at it, and indicated that it will be ready in the next day. The vacuum is one the newest model Hoover wind-tunnel.

+ -1 moreIT'S A SMALL OUTFIT. IT'S SORT OF LIKE A ONE MAN OUTFIT, BUT FOR A ONE MAN OUTFIT IT DOES REALLY GOOD. HE TELLS YOU WHAT HE CAN AND CAN'T DO SO HE DOESN'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND HIS BUSINESS IS EXPANDING. HE'S DOING REALLY WELL. I THINK HE'S HERE FOR THE LONG HAUL BUT HE NEEDS MORE CUSTOMERS.
Description of Work: THEY REPAIRED A STEAM IRON FOR ME. THE CORD WOULDN'T WORK OR SOMETHING.
