 + -1 moreAwful, they cancelled their first appointment and rescheduled, then they called to confirm the second appointment at 4:00 for a 4:30 appointment and never showed up. Never heard from them.

 + -1 moreWE DID NOT SHOP AROUND FOR OTHER BIDDERS, AS WE HAD CONFIDENCE IN HIS WORK AS HE WAS REFERRED TO US. HIS PROFESSIONALISM AND KNOWLEDGE HELPED US DECIDE TO INSTALL HARDWOOD FLOORS THROUGHOUT THE HOUSE.
