The renovation was very well done and Felipe also noticed other things that needed repair which he could have ignored but he wanted me to have the best product which I really appreciated. I was very happy with the quality of work that he provided.

I could not have asked for a better introduction to home remodeling and construction. Ive never had anything done to my house before and Felipe and his team were great. They moved a door for us, retiled our entire bathroom, changed all the hardware in the shower, created a new closet in our bedroom, re-did the plumbing under our bathroom vanity, and built a new wood fence in our front yard. Along the way, I made some additions and changes to some aspects of the job and Felipe rolled with the punches so gracefully. After each portion of work was completed, if I wanted something tweaked, he did it no questions asked. And at every beat of this job Felipe explained everything to me thoroughly, he foresaw issues with some of what I was asking for, created solutions for it, and just stayed in communication with every single development. He was flexible and respectful and open to my ideas. He provided me with critical information when a problem would arise, he always solved it, and the work was great. The fence he built in my front yard is absolutely beautiful and I love ,y new bathroom and closet. His team was respectful and friendly and this is so important when you have a crew of people in your home for a month. He managed every aspect of the job from waste management when our bathroom was out of commission, the painting, the electrical, the tiling and drywall. he even put our toilet back every day so we could use it at night while they were tiling the floor. They cleaned up every day. I mean I just could not have asked for a better experience. We will have him back to add more fencing within the next month and when we are ready to do our kitchen I will be using him them also. I highly recommend this team.

Overall, Felipe did a very nice job remodeling the bathroom. There were a few unexpected developments but Felipe was able to handle them well with minimal input. He took the initiative when it came to working with the tenant on picking our a flooring color as well as the new vanity. He also provided a reference to re-glace the bathtub and that worked out well too.

Felipe was very professional. He was at our home for 7 hours of work. His crew went above and beyond for us. We needed a swamp cooler to be removed from our roof. He was able to remove all old satellites and antenna from the roof. Another roof area was completely redone by laundry room/outdoor shed since it was rotting. He also removed and old outdoor metal/laundry line for us. We are beyond appreciative to his help. He was very friendly and trustworthy. He had his son working with him and they were both professional and kind. He also gave us electrical advice and sent over someone to help us get a quote on the same day he was here. Great job Felipe! We will see you soon!

Outstanding customer service, responsiveness and quick turnaround. Fast inspection and quick follow through to let me know what the problem was and the possible maintenance options. Written estimate sent over and a followup call to explain the project. Finished the project up earlier than anticipated. The quality of work was exceptional, and I am completely satisfied. A guarantee was included with the work, and I will definitely use their services in the future for both my residential and rental properties.

Fantastic! Felipe and his two man crew showed up on time, got to work and creatively overcame the kinds of unique challenges in a 100 year old building, on both projects, e.g., the front door had metal framing that had to be replaced; the pocket doors’ slider and molding were non-standard so replacements had to be adjusted to accommodate the old school sliding door. They focused on the work, finished early and were able to take on additional small projects at a reasonable price.

Amazing! Felipe and his crew are so nice and so professional. They installed a double door where a window used to be and also upgraded two other doors. And installed a dog door. Everything just took a week!

Felipe and his crew did an amazing job On wrapping my two fireplaces and my entry flooring . He takes a lot of pride in his work, and it shows. He is very meticulous, detailed, and has an eye for art and patterns when placing the tiles. He is extremely dependable and shows up to work. I would definitely recommend him. He also does a great job in keeping the rest of the house clean and dust proof by putting up plastic every where. I guarantee that you will be pleased with his services.

Felipe is amazing! He helped me out big time with a big project on the inside of my place. I wanted to learn some about what he did so I can do these repairs in the future, and he was really kind with mentoring me about what I wanted to know. The quality of his work is really tremendous. I scheduled Felipe on a day that I had time off work, and he was able to honor that day and show up to do the work. He even picked up the large wood siding pieces from Home Depot for me. He is a hard worker, and as the day was ending, he noticed that one of the panels was not fitting to his liking. He asked if he could come back to redo it to a higher standard. I wasn't available the next day, but he scheduled for a day that worked, and then he came and fixed the issues and completed the job, with no extra charge from his original quote. Rare to find somebody who is so committed to their work, and getting it right for the customer without over-charging!

First off, I was very proud to support an army veteran in choosing Felipe out of 3 bids to do a somewhat complex remodel of my master bathroom. He shows up when he says he will show up, and if he is late, he lets you know (rare in this business!). He only commits to one large project at a time, and what this means is that he would show up at 8am each day, and work through the whole day, I never felt we had a wasted day in this project. He was also extremely respectful of our home and schedule. He insisted his guys lay drop clothes throughout the house to avoid getting dirt and dust everywhere, and he even rolled up the cloths at the end of each day. If a day ran late, he was only to happy to stay late and finish the work, but only after asking us permission - he was very concerned to disrupt our evening family time. This level of respect for his customer is something that he insists on with his crew, and we found every one of them to be polite, hardworking, reliable and respectful. Felipe is also very focused on making sure we were happy, and I wasn't an easy customer for this. If I noticed I didn't like the way something was done, he would explain his reasoning, but if that wasn't good enough for what I needed, he always obliged to make the change so I would be happy. The project involved a full demo of a master bathroom, and also removing a wall to extend the bathroom into a patio space, to create a 100 sq. foot bathroom. This required lots of concrete demo, re-leveling the patio floor, building a new tub frame, installing a large tub, building a shower pan, plumbing and drain rerouting, new flooring, installing shiplap on several walls, electrical, installing large windows and a skylight, converting to a 2-sink vanity, shower glass enclosure and lots of marble tiling work. In this much complexity, we did have lots of bumps along the way, but with his good heart, we got through them, and at the end, we are super happy with our new bathroom. Felipe has skills in framing, tile work, plumbing, carpentry and drywall. Unique in his drywall approach, he creates very little dust by getting to an almost smooth finish that requires less sanding work. In plumbing he wasn't always familiar with the newer plumbing fittings that we got, but unlike others he would say "let's look at the instructions". His tiling work was good, and he worked with marble, porcelain and ceramic on this project - I will say this was the most tedious part of the project to get right! He worked very hard, and I would say an extra 5 days than planned to accommodate our needs, and never charged us extra. For all the extra work he did when issues came up such as floor leveling, plumbing runs, he never complained, and honored the original contract we signed. Overall I recommend Felipe as an amazing guy to hire to do any kind of home repair. With Felipe, you could just trust him and leave him to do your full project without worry. If you have exacting requirements (as I did), then my advice is to clearly write out what you need, so things don't get forgotten or confused along the way, and Felipe is only too happy to have you check his work and adjust/accommodate as you go along.

While Felipe was a little bit higher than some of the other bids I got, I chose him because he was the only contractor that actually took the time to call me and discuss the project, get more clarity, introduce himself, and share his experience. Additionally, he was extremely honest about what he can and can't do. I can't count how many times I've had contractors tell me that they could do something only to botch the job because they had little to no experience with regard to said discipline. Everyone else only communicated via email or text, I never spoke with an actual person. This alone set Felipe apart from the competition. His quote was well organized, clear, detailed, and professional. Again, others quotes were vague and in some cases open ended. With respect to the actual work. Felipe showed up and was on time every time he was supposed to be at our house. He was courteous and professional every step of the way. The job was actually completed ahead of schedule, and the work was beautiful. Anyone that has had drywall done a few times, will tell you that more than half the people out there do pretty poor work - lines, tape marks, poor sanding, blotches where joint compound hasn't been sanded or sanded properly, etc. Not the case with Felipe, I have a beautiful smooth and clean wall. Add to that, he's the first contractor I didn't have to clean up after.

My original master bathroom was never properly constructed in the first place and eventually it started to rot with lots of mold exposed to the exterior wall of my bedroom. So, it had to be completely gutted and re-done. The only item I kept was the toilet; everything else was completely brand new. Felipe and his team did an excellent job and, finally, I have a bathroom that wows me and visitors who have come to see it! Prior to this remodel, the guest bathroom was embarrassingly more impressive. Finally, that is no longer the case. What impresses me about Felipe is that he pays attention to the details and provides advice. In addition, he keeps to his timeline. The job progressed exactly as he outlined in the contract. I must admit that I was skeptical with his 4-week timeline but, sure enough, he got the work done in that time. Another important characteristic about Felipe and his respect for my property and its cleanliness. Honestly, he treats it as if it were his own and no other contractor I have ever dealt with has ever exhibited this level of care towards my property and I greatly appreciate it. Are there bumps in the road? Of course! No project ever goes 100% smoothly! However, Felipe is totally dedicated and focused on making sure that I am a happy customer and getting what I planned. For example, my medicine cabinet required special electrical wiring setup, the vanity's drawers interfered with the plumbing, and I couldn't find shelves for my shower. When we got into our discussions about these challenges, rather than being stubborn and taking the easy way out by just saying "no" to me, he listed and clearly understood how important these features were to me. Were there Change Orders? In some case, yes; in others, no. The bottom line is that his focus was on getting me the result that I wanted to make me happy. In the case of the shower shelves, after exhaustive searching, I couldn't find what I wanted. What did Felipe do? He went to a place where he knew and found the matching shelves! I was so happy! I used to work for a software company and at the employee gatherings, the executives always used to say, "What's our number one asset? Our referenceable customers!" I believe that Felipe has the same attitude.

Felipe showed up to our initial appointment right on time and on a subsequent appointment let me know he was going to be 10 minutes late due to a traffic jam on the freeway. He performed all the work as expected and in a couple of instances went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure the work was done well. He had a crew of three individuals who worked with him and they were able to get the job done in the time that he had estimated. The wood and stucco repairs and the exterior painting were all done with limited disruption to the tenants of this rental house. Felipe communicates really well and has a positive attitude that makes it a pleasure to work with him. I definitely plan on using him again when the need arises.

Felipe fixed all the cracks in the cement, put primer on the walkway, and three coats of paint on the walkway. Everything went according to plan and we couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. This is the second time we’ve used Felipe in the last month and if we need anything else done he’s our guy. I can’t recommend him enough. He takes pride in his work and makes sure every last detail is perfect and he does so in a timely manner at a reasonable price.

Felipe and his workers were very professional, punctual, friendly, and best of all, they are masters of their craft. Every little detail was covered and done to a very high level of quality. My wife and I would recommend Felipe to anyone that needs a contractor. He takes pride in his work and can seemingly do anything you need which is also a great plus.

Felipe was wonderful. When he first came to the house, he quickly grasped the project my husband wanted done and offered up great ideas. He wasn’t pushy and didn’t try to get us to do things we didn’t want done just to increase the cost of the job. He was punctual and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. Felipe and his coworkers were all respectful and tidy. The job was completed for the agreed upon price with no surprise fees. I enjoyed having Felipe work on our house and look forward to using him again in the future.

It when really smooth and fast.. He and this workers are very professional and punctual.. He kept the work site very clean. One of the windows had a problem. He came quickly and reorder the part and had it fix within a week. Very good customer service. Which is rare these days. I will use Felipe in the future and I will recommend him to friends and family.

Filipe Colon was on time, and was very presentable and personable. He was helpful as he unpacked the new cabinet, removed the old one, and looked at ways to install the new one. He discovered difficulties with installing a new recessed cabinet due to issues inside the wall. He brainstormed ways to get around the problems, and ultimately decided it was not possible. He insisted on doing a quality job and anything less would be a workaround, not acceptable. Filipe helped me pack up the new cabinet and carried it to my car so I could return it. He reinstalled the old cabinet. We discussed what I kind of cabinet I should buy, where I should buy it, and the correct size to buy. We discussed making a new date to install a new "wall mounted" style cabinet once I find one to purchase. Filipe is very knowledgeable and seems sincere and willing to do a good job for me. I'll write more when we finally get the job done. In the meantime he refused to bill me for the hour and a half we spent together working on the problem.

Excellent results! Felipe and his team provided professional advice and guidance regarding the types of finishes. Workers are extremely courteous, professional, and arrive on time. I have specific end-of-day work times and they ALWAYS respect it; on the occasion where they finish some work and will go past my end time, they ALWAYS asked me permission prior to doing so. That is extremely professional and I appreciated it a lot. They cleaned up daily and when the job was done, they made sure to cleanup any spots of paint that had fallen on my tiles and around the general area. This was important to me because the first time I had my house painted, the contractor had all sorts of trim-color paint drops all over my tiles and he was just going to leave them there! I had a new roof installed earlier in the year and the satellite and internet cables around the house were no longer secured to the roof. Felipe's team made sure to snugly re-secure the cables and paint them with the appropriate color to match them against the house so they are not visible from afar. Great job and I will be using them again for my interior painting.

It went well and while the work was expected to take 7-8 days, it was completed ahead of schedule. Felipe explained in detail what needed to be done, which is not well described above. The garage wall repair involved bracing the ceiling and removing a section of the wall which had sustained water and termite damage. The existing stucco was also removed. The wall was rebuilt (without an unneeded window) and the stucco redone and repainted. Then, they worked on the gas and water lines. Rather than simply securing them externally, we agreed that for safety to reroute the lines underground to bring them to current code. In both cases a trench was dug and new supply lines were installed. They took the excess dirt from the trenching to level a section of the yard. They demolished a wooden shed and hauled away the old material and painted the stucco of the adjacent building to blend in the with current color. The painting was done and cracks in the stucco were addressed. I have worked with Felipe before and have been extremely satisfied with the workmanship and the advice given to make the work last. Lastly, there was an issue not directly related to the work done, some wires that were exposed and live that they helped with (one of the crew stopped by to check), even though I found it a few days after they had finished. It is clear Felipe and the people he works with care about the people they do work for and take pride in the work they do.
