Description of Work: Felipe & one helper installed a new dishwasher that the previous installer (contracted by Sears) said he could not install due to faulty shut-off valve. Felipe had to find the correct shut-off valve & lines in the condo complex, replace it, install new dishwasher, take away old one, and dispose of old one. Replaced the dishwasher outlet with a GFI outlet & some wiring. Required several hours work, by 2 men, on 2 separate days. This was a difficult job including trouble shooting & investigation.

Description of Work: Felipe did various repairs around the rental property I manage. He replaced the screws and the wax gasket on a toilet. And inspected the toilet sewage flange. Found the source of noise from the toilet, and got rid of it. He fastened loose metal door thresholds, a loose gate, and inspected the leaking dishwasher. Installed new smoke detector on a 12 ft ceiling.

Description of Work: Just wanted to add to my earlier review that Felipe has done extensive work in the 4 unit building I own and stripped to the beams 4 bathrooms and kitchens and worked from the plumbing out and re-did the copper plumbing with one of his assistant in that area. Coordinated cabinet maker, rebuilt the pantry area, replaced the water heater, replaced all faucets and garbage disposals. Stripped old tiles and replaced with new ceramic tiles, grouted and finished flooring. He painted ceilings and walls (2 tones) and replaced refrigerator copper lines and fan over the stove. In addition, he re-did all ceramic tiles the bathrooms, worked on the windows, grouting, replaced tub in the past and cabinet with all faucets , shower diverters and painted ceiling and walls. He works with one of his subcontractors for electrical work but can do basic replacement of wall plugs, etc...

Description of Work: I have used him for many years. Price is an approximate cost for all the work he has done. He has repaired cracked ceilings, known as floating. He air brush painted the exterior of my home. He gutted out both bathrooms and put in new sinks and toilets. He also did tile work that wrapped around the walls and put in large tile flooring. Outside he reinforced cinder block walls and covered it over in mixed slate. He built 4 fountains, all different sizes and types. He assisted the man that put in my coy pond. We turned my garage into an art studio, making it look like a room, not a garage. He created an attic in the garage with a ladder to access. This included cleaning out the old attic, adding flooring, lights, fans, and insulation. He also put crown molding throughout the home. There have been other various projects throughout the years. He has done custom wood work from unfinished wood for me. He has made custom molding for me for interior and exterior projects. He has done custom column supports for the porch and falluted capitals that fit on top of the columns. These were flat and he has custom made all of these for me. On the eves of our house where the beams were exposed I explained that I wanted it all covered. He was able to cover all of this with wood for me and did all of the painting and detail work for it. He made custom wooden frames for all of the windows and he had to remove the previous sills and redo all of these because of termite damage, this included all the fascia boards around the home as well. In the pediment of the house, which is normally just flat wood, with our house he had to entirely replace all of this wood but on the side we had stone work put in and there were several things that weren’t attached properly. The house being built in 1941 had an addition added to the front and rear of the house. The attachment was not done properly and it was structurally coming apart. Without taking the wall apart he was able to reattach properly and add stone over it to where you weren’t able to tell there was ever work done. The inside of the house he built custom attorney paneling, which was again made from unfinished wood. All the interior custom wood work was done by him, but it was customer designed. He did exactly what I wanted. His background is in carpentry, but he also does perfect plastering.
