Pat, the owner, was very responsive and I got to speak with him on the phone and then directly when he came out to look at the work to be done. The work was done by his employee(s) and it was fine. They did have to come back after I noticed that there was a whistling sound coming through one of the skyllights when the wind blew through. They came back and fixed it promptly and it has not been noisy since nor leaky with any rainfall. The best part is that all the work was done without the need for anyone to be home or even without the need to let anyone in the house to do work on the roof. The only minor hiccup I had during this process was getting the contract/estimate over to me via email. Apparently, it was emailed to the wrong address and it took three follow up phone calls from me to figure that out with someone. It would've helped if someone from Coburn simply called to follow up with me without my having to wait and call myself.

The crew is fast and skilled. The clean up was flawless.

We had a leaky roof and I called them for a quote. They came the next day to give the quote and the following day they came and fixed it. They seemed fair, they said that the roof didn't look great, but that it would work fine for a few years (which is exactly what our home inspector said).

The repair was not something major, but it had to be done. I really felt that they treated this small problem, as if it was just as, important as a large job. The workers were on time and they took care of it immediately.

PERFORMANCE WAS ON TIME AND DONE AS ADVERTISED. WORKERS WERE CONSIDERATE. THEY CLEANED UP VERY WELL. THIS COMPANY HAS DONE A LOT OF WORK FOR HOMEOWNERS IN OUR NEIGHBORHOOD AND EVERYONE WE HAVE SPOKEN WITH HAS BEEN PLEASED WITH THE WORK.
