Description of Work: Charles came to the property to give an estimate. He did not have a pen or pad to write down what I needed done. He continuously talked about how he couldnt get past the my looks specifically my hair. He also reached for my hand asking if I were married. This was day one. Foolish of me to employ this guy, but I needed someone right then to complete the work for a deadline. Day two he was given a deposit for materials, after he left to go and get the materials he texted an hour later stating his van broke down and he'll be back in an hour. After the hour passed i texted him telling him to come back to complete the work tomorrow. He then replied thank you. Day three he got minimum work done. Day four was today, he was supposed to come by and finish the work but when i called him he did not answer, he then texted me stating hed be there in an hour. That hour turned into 2 hours. Needless to say i texted him telling him to just finish the door knobs and nevermind the reglazing of the utility sink. I called him a few hours after texting him to make sure he go he text, when he answered he pretended as if he couldn't hear me which was a complete lie, i could hear in his voice he was just lieing because he did not like the fact that i text him telling him not to complete some of the work per his unprofessionalism. I then called my neighbor to go next door to see if Charles was there, my neighbor assured me that Charles was there working. Charles was aware that he was being checked on. Charles called me back in between speaking with my neighbor from next door. I asked him did he receive the text regarding not completing the utility sink regalzing. Charles then lied again pretending as if hes slow and didnt get the text. That was a lie, i again knew he lieing because Charles mentioned I was renigging on work we intially discussed. There is no way he would have mentioned the word renig if he never read the text he claimed he never got. Bottom line is I blacked out and went off on him. I gave him a side he didn't know was there i am still p***** off as i write. Im so p***** because all he had to do was replace one bedroom door knob, bathroom door knob and relgaze a utility sink. All of this minor work took 3 days. This man did apologize after i yelled at him. Id never ever employ him again.

In the process of finishing up a kitchen remodel I needed a professional to do the installations noted above. Mike answered my call immediately on Thursday. After I described the work, he agreed to come out on Saturday after he finished up another job. He thought he could be there by 1 pm. On Saturday, Mike called at 10 to let me know he had finished the other job early and wanted to know if he could come earlier and get started on the work. Of course I told him yes.! Mike arrived, took a look at the things I wanted done, quoted the price and then got right to work. He was efficient, professional and friendly. He got everything done quickly and it all looked great. He even took some time to help me reset the positioning on my stove. The workmanship was so good, I asked him to look at a couple of other jobs I had around the house and am waiting for his call to schedule the work. I highly recommend Mikes services if you have work to be done. He is honest, friendly, professional and reasonable. A hard combo to find these days.
Description of Work: Mike installed a new sink, faucet, garbage disposal, air gap, connected dishwasher and drain lines as well as installed ne over the stove micro-wave.
